Everything was okay. The room was large (we were 2+2) and cleaned daily. The food was varied, everyone could find something for themselves. You could walk to the sea in exactly 7 minutes. The water in the pools was clean. Of course, there were some downsides. The room needed renovation, most of the food was mediocre, and the water in the pools was cold. We knew where we were going and nothing surprised...

It is a nice family hotel. Rooms are spacious. Two swimming pools and an area for children. Located near the beach. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke.

Very nice hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful balcony view, good food. The only reason why I will not come back is the cold water in every pool, even for the kids. Really cold. Probably that's why the pool area is always empty ore very few people around. If you don't need a pool the hotel is perfect.

Average! No parking, you must park in a forest and cross the road to get to Hotel.

Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort. All in all, we had a great time. Probably the cleanest pool I have ever seen, the service personnel was hospitable and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The terrace was a good size to chill on. As a suggestion, I would love it if next time housekeeping can offer us memory foam pillows by request and some bath salts for the bathtub. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel. Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

We had a truly great experience at Hotel Plamena Palace in Primorsko, Bulgaria. The room was very clean, with everything you might need during your stay. Cleaning was done daily – the floors were mopped, towels replaced, toiletries restocked, and after three days, even the bedsheets were changed without us having to ask. Great place for family vacation. It is definitely not a four stars hotel, but its location in the forest, great beach nearby, good food makes it a good choice. The rooms are a little bit worn out, but are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are changed regularly. If you're looking for a fancy place it's not your thing. But if you're used to camping and outdoors i think you'll like it.

We can only recommend this hotel! The quality of the food was just stunning (we especially loved all the different types of fish and whipping cream-based dishes!). High quality beverages in the bar. We spent in the hotel very nice 5 summer days. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, all the meals were on the tables till 10 o’clock. We were missing the small spoons for tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but sometimes we missed their smile on their faces. Overall, we felt very good here.

Very nice hotel. It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around. Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm.

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it. The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive.

Our stay at Jeravi hotel was pleasant but definitely not great. There were a few cons that we couldn’t ignore. The first thing that put us off was the seating at the beach. There weren’t enough spaces for everyone even though we booked the hotel with the assurance that there will be an umbrella and two loungers per room. The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.
