My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh, making every meal enjoyable. The alcoholic beverages in the all-inclusive package were also of good quality, which certainly added to the experience. Overall, the hotel offered a great atmosphere, and relaxation was guaranteed. Highly recommend!

We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and excellent mood is created. The rooms are cozy, no complaints about cleanliness. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

Hotel with old and strangely behaving elevators. It has its glory days behind it, but it is in a good location near the south beach. An additional attraction is the river that separates the hotel from the beach and which must be crossed either by a bridge in the near distance or by a raft right next to the hotel. The raft runs on calm days from the wind. The pool is relatively clean but the water is rather cold. Despite the high season, there were always free sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. The waiters from the pool bar were not very willing to work, but the service in the hotel was impeccable. The biggest positive surprise was the food. The all-in option was really rich, lunch and dinner with a large selection of dishes, there was even seafood and shark. In the afternoon, delicious pizza was served, for which there was a queue every day. I recommend the hotel for an economical holiday in a good location and with tasty food.

I was kinda worried to went here, because of the few negative reviews here, but i must say we enjoyed it and everything went well! Positives: polite Staff - everybody was really nice great place - near nature, near sea, near city very clean room different good food every day People might say its not that nice, but for bulgaria and the price i think it was better than most. What is kinda negative or more so i wished i knew before going there, is the way to the sea. So: You can either go by a little boat through river, but it only goes from 9-12; 13-18 Or by a bridge. by the boat you'll have to go about 100 m to the beach. by the bridge I think it could've been like 400 m We will consider going again, it was amazing experience! I would recommend this for a family trip but if someone of you is disabled I would consider different hotel, just because the height of the hotel and the distance of the sea. last thing: If you have all-inclusive between lunch and dinner is pretty long time and the only food is burger and pizza, I think they should do something more, but it is enough. The drinks were included and you will like the way they mix it. :)

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel. I was excited to experience the all-inclusive dining offerings. Unfortunately, I found the food variety to be very limited and the overall taste of the dishes left much to be desired. The biggest challange you will have if you are vegan, you will almost get nothing to eat. No vegan options, no salad bar only tomato, cucumber and fries. Between meals a plate of sandwiches at the morning and pizza and burgers afternoon, are served. The rooms were showing signs of wear and tear, the furnishings and decor in the room is used and outdated, sometimes broken, the carpet was very much worn. Bathroom is also in a poor condition, showers not properly cleaned. Additionally there was an odor in the room. I have witness also the door frame falling down and elevator failure. Staff is showing lack of elementary hospitality behavior.

The staff was OK and friendly. Rooms basic. Not a great deal of choice on food and drink. Not an ideal place for the disabled people. Extra cost if you want a drink from the pool bar. No beach towels if you are spending a day by the pool

Very good hotel. Probably, lovers of star hotels will have many problems, but if you come to relax and unwind, I think that's good. Very helpful staff, everyone is smiling, the rooms are cleaned every day. The pool is very deep. From the middle below, you practically do not stand. The beach is nearby (10 minutes walk). Lots of different food and pretty tasty. Well, it's already a hit - we arrived after midnight and, surprisingly, they prepared various meat starters for us as an appetizer. I recommend.

Apparently nobody cleaned this room to notice THE SHOWER HEAD BEING CUT! And the toilet brush... 4 star hotel??!! Really??? And its midnight. Nobody at reception. Can't take a shower. Amazing. Tried to call reception... Guess what? The phone is not connected! Wow. Just wow. On top of that the hotel is right next to a night club and the music blasts till 3 am! No cups, no bottled water, no tea kettle.. This hotel is 1 star at best. Not 4!

Stayed in a room with 2 double beds(separated, in 2 smaller rooms). Upon check in we were a bit delayed by the staff as one of the wall sockets needed fixing. We noticed there were no towels and after we asked about some from the staff, we were told there aren't any and they would find us some for the next day. Cleanliness was not up to par with any other 4 star hotel we stayed in but decided to give it a chance. When our bedding was changed(after our room being burst into by hotel staff at 9AM in the morning while sleeping) it had stains and on one of the "clean" towels there was a dirty shoe print. We ended up using the spa robes throughout our whole stay to avoid the dirty towels.
One of the showers was ok, but the other one was directly connected to the water output from the sink and we had to switch the output every time we had to use the sink. The bathrooms also smelled of sewage from the drains.
The booking said that we would have AC but the AC was in only one of the rooms.
Breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy.
Value for money is definitely not there and the stars of the 4 star hotel should most definitely be reviewed.
Overall, DO NOT stay in this hotel if you enjoy clean bedding and towels. Waste of money!

Horrible experience price is definitely not matching the 4 stars that is been rated. We were there for 4 nighits every morning food was the same one of the days we did not have water for almost whole day pool area is so small that if you go to the pool at 11 you can't find any place to sit. Room are tiny, kids zone never worked toilets by the pool were disgusting service was awful. Our room cards had issue and did nor work properly phone in the room didn't work rooms were dirty only once they change out towels and fixed our room. No beach or pool towels were provided no glasses in the room... THE WORST HOTEL EVER. We have tried to talk to manger (UPRAVITEL) with no luck it seem that that lady was always away and never there to help her customers
