we spent our summer vacation in St. Thomas. we had great time, they have private beds with umbrellas at the beaches + five swimming pools for the guests. the food was amazing. the view from our room was amazing, probably the best we have ever had. but the best of all were ladies at the reception, Zenka, Maya and Nina. if we had any problem, they would solve it quickly and with smile.

the only downside of our apartment were tiny beds and soft thin mattraces. but that is our issue with most of the accomodations.

overall we will happily return.

The scenery around the hotel is amazing. There is a main hotel and a few apartment building scattered around it. The hotel rooms are comfy and renovated. You can also rent an apartment in one of the other buildings. Apartments are generally only operated (not owned) by the hotel and their condition may vary. We were using the half-board option and the food was great. There is also a-la-cart restaurant but we did not try it. Highly recommended.

So I was by the restaurant, the pizzeria and I was with my three cousins and we went to go order ice cream.When we ordered ice cream the waiter was extremely rude he slammed the ice cream fridge real hard. He also gave us mini scoops. And he gave us like one sprinkle on our ice cream. Then he had the audacity to ask us if we even had enough money to pay. I am mentally disturbed. And it was 20 leva which is extremely expensive and he forgot to give us our change. I suggest you fire him. The short guy with a buzz and an angry expression.

We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available.
The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, e.g. I couldn't find ayran. There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room .

I would probably go back again, but off season.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel.
Some things are just annoying:
- Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!).
- having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day.
But apart from that, this a very nice resort, in front of the ocean.
Staff is very friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, well decorated and with a big balcony.
The outside areas are very good and very well maintained, with several pools, including an infinity pool with ocean view.
They also have a very good Spa with heated indoor pool.
The breakfast is quite good, not amazing but still good.
Although it is in a isolated area you can quickly drive to Sozopol, the nearest town.
We really enjoyed ours days here.

I slept here for 4 nights. Everything was normal in the first 3 nights. But on the last night, the music from the restaurant at its maximum. The next day we were going to wake up early in the morning to return home. No one at the reception. Just a no. no one answered the phone. Sin. I was left with a bitter taste. One point is too much, but it cannot be otherwise. To avoid!

The Saint Thomas Holiday Village is one of my favorite places on the Bulgarian Black Sea! I love it for a number of reasons, mainly - it has a great location, friendly staff, excellent food… And the list goes on and on! Yes, some of the apartments need a bit of repair, but overall it has great value for the money paid.
