Sunrise Hotel in Primorsko

Hotel Sunrise has a great location — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and also close to shops, restaurants, and the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were polite and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The pool area is nice for relaxing after the beach, and the breakfast had a good variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with both comfort and convenience

Hotel Sunrise was a really decent hotel, me and my family were looking for a good hotel in Primorsko and are lucky to have found this hotel. There is a lot of option in the food selection, well cooked and tasted good. The pool and dining section were all clean and comfortable. The only ‘downside’ is the room we were put into. We were in a underground apartment which smelled sort of like mold, and did not have wifi service at all. But besides that the room was well designed and refurbished. Recomend!

The rooms are amazing. The service isn't so bad but I didn't like that there was this man that cept on saying that we can't go in the restaurant. I HATED that part!!! He was so RUDE to us. My friends and I went in at 19:17 and he said we can't come in "after 10 minutes." We came back at 19:27 and he said we can't come in. Although the food was the great. Round of aplaus for the cooks/chefs!!! The location is amazing because it's so close to the South Beach.

Everything is super, the service is decent, the cuisine is delicious, my family and I really enjoyed it, we will definitely come again next summer))

The overall experience at Sunrise was unique. Plus for us was that we had the opportunity to be with our pet. The hotel is quite with a united staff and a pleasant atmosphere. For the children there were animators who are quite concerned with entertaining them with quality, ie. they are not those who run a program as long as time passes. They invite children, protect them and are extremely concerned. The same goes for the boys and girls from the bar, restaurant and reception.
The room we were staying in was exceptional. Stylishly furnished and with a very nice terrace.
Free parking is provided.
There is a supermarket nearby.
Location I would rate as very very good. Away from the noise, at the beginning of the city, but at the same time within walking distance of the southern beach and the center.
An ideal place for a family vacation that we will visit again. :)
I hope they will be able to keep the lineup they have built.

Things that can be improved are:
1. Restaurant - there were delicious dishes, but there is still something to be desired.
2. Cleaning the room - here I did not understand why they did not go through our room to clean it, change the towels - I guess there was some confusion, because in general the restaurant, common areas, outdoor areas are kept quite clean.
