We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it. The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. The beach is across the street and even if you'd prefer to go back to the hotel and rest, there is a pool with a bar. Superb experience!

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Everything was fine except for the little things that you could work on to improve. I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying...

The hotel was very nice. At the bar the guys are cool (Dimitar and Vihren). The view is beautifull from the room.

I wouldn't call it a five star hotel, rather a three star. I have been at five star hotels and the services can hardly be compared to what Perla beach luxury has offered. The standards are just too low. I mean, offering guests drinks (be it juice, cocktails, tea or coffee) out of the cheapest and thinnest possible plastic cups is just not 5 star standard. Hotel Perla beach is perfectly located with a lot of services and small shops around. Staffs are nice and helpful. Cuisine and meals are just in poor quality. Our rating of hotel is just 3 star. Pay the all inclusive services in Primorsko is loosing of money. Street food and restaurants are everywhere with acceptable price and perfect quality.

We spent in the hotel very nice 5 summer days. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, all the meals were on the tables till 10 o’clock. We were missing the small spoons for tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but sometimes we missed their smile on their faces. Overall, we felt very good here.

Great hotel just five minutes from the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food was very good and had many options to choose from. The pool is clean and big enough. The manager and the employees are very helpful and kind. Highly recommended for a nice seaside vacation.

Very nice hotel. It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around. Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm.

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.
