The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it

The hotel is located in close proximity to the north beach in the village of Primorsko. The rooms are more than decent and the common areas are well maintained

The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive

The reason the management provided when asked was that there were other hotels that were part of their group so all guests staying at an Alexandria travel hotel could use them. So don’t expect to find room on the beach

I could talk a lot about the absolutely gorgeous view from my balcony. It felt like the hotel is in Park Strandzha's national reserve. I must have spent literal hours just lounging in the armchair, staring outside

But I do recommend going to the town square, right across the town hall. There is a duner place at a corner there with amazing fries/crisps 🍟. If you have a car, do drive a short distance to Begliktash

I stayed in one of the south-facing apartments, overlooking the pool, there was a bit of music in the evenings from the pool bar, but I was on a high floor and it was just a light background music

The bathroom and room cleanliness were fine - we stayed for only 3 nights so we didn't have any issues with that. Personally, I liked the food, I had all my childhood-favourite breakfasts

We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and excellent mood is created

There was one dish where the meat was a bit hard, but we informed the chef and he apologized and fixed it. There is an Aquapark nearby, even though I haven't visited

They also have little pool so you can rest there if the weather is not good enough for going to the beach

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and corridors were spotless and cleaned regularly. The food is good- it's prepared correctly, but it can benefit from better/ more expensive ingredients

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park

The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas, but we never took advantage of that

It's located along a nice pier for strolling and watching the boats come and go. Access by car isn't exactly easy (it's a bit of a drive from downtown or the highway), but staying on the water is worth it

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

we spent our summer vacation in St. we had great time, they have private beds with umbrellas at the beaches + five swimming pools for the guests. the view from our room was amazing, probably the best we have ever had

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel

The scenery around the hotel is amazing. There is a main hotel and a few apartment building scattered around it. The hotel rooms are comfy and renovated. You can also rent an apartment in one of the other buildings

but the best of all were ladies at the reception, Zenka, Maya and Nina. if we had any problem, they would solve it quickly and with smile. the only downside of our apartment were tiny beds and soft thin mattraces

Apartments are generally only operated (not owned) by the hotel and their condition may vary. We were using the half-board option and the food was great. There is also a-la-cart restaurant but we did not try it

but that is our issue with most of the accomodations. overall we will happily return

Some drawbacks, mostly mentioned for people to be aware and know what to expect: - long walk to the beach - small uphill road from restaurant to rooms complex (not seniors friendly) - bugs everywhere, especially on the road mentioned above (everybody was waving hands to protect themselves - got them in ears, nose,mouth, eyes) - there are no double rooms next or even close to eachother (they are at...

This place has been preserved in time as a real gem for a vacation with friends ! A fantastic setting in the oak forest, combined with pines and lindens that smell wonderful. With its own area with umbrellas and sunbeds

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Food varied and fits all tastes. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck

Beach is very clean and water depth is small (knee deep) for about 50m, making it very child and pet friendly. The hotel complex is huge and blends with the forrest around it

After spending our holiday there we can recommend this resort. It is little outdated and need fresh paint but in the nice location with lots of trees around and 2 minutes walk to the beach

The beach was just around 3-4 minutes away and sunbeds were available free of charge. Affordable transport to + from Primorsko/Kiten was available every 30 minutes. Great opportunities for a walk

You can notice the wearing on the sheets and towels but nonetheless they are sparkly clean. The bathroom is big enough to take a shower or to use the toilet without interfering to each other

Those who do not have high expectations will like it. The northern beach was about 10 minutes away from the hotel

The lifeguard whistles at someone every now and then, so it is unpleasant. The prices on the beach are very high. It was €10 for an umbrella, 2 sun loungers and a table. A popsicle costs €3, a beer almost €3

There’s also a rich historical museums, free concerts every evening and inspiring boat trips to the sea and the nearby rivers! We had great vacation and I can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place! 💯❤️🤩👍🇧🇬☀️

Lovely green garden and wonderful swimming pool with a pool bar. I can only recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sea

Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort

At the evening you can hear the beach parties until quite late

The room was large (we were 2+2) and cleaned daily. The food was varied, everyone could find something for themselves. You could walk to the sea in exactly 7 minutes. The water in the pools was clean

Upscale middle class hotel, staff friendly and food good, but unfortunately a little cold. Location Central to the state, and shopping but not excessively loud.

Pro tip: Go with HB - there are many restaurants in Primosrsko worth trying + alkohol and food is cheaper comparing to other UE countries

Of course, there were some downsides. The room needed renovation, most of the food was mediocre, and the water in the pools was cold

I was positively surprised with quite few things: - rooms are spacious and nice (taking into account its age) - pool is large with enough of sunbeds, there’s also “no sunbed reservation” policy so some don’t risk leaving their towels at 6am :) I wouldn’t say those would get removed by the staff after an hour (as stated in the policy), but it seems to be keeping people from doing it anyways - very...

Good points: Location: very close to the beach and easy access through a back gate, where you just cross the street and you are there

- snacks are available throughout the day in different places - staff was nice and helpful One downside - last two weeks of August there’s been no animations for kids

No idea why they discontinued it at that time… it’s still kids vacations. Overall - I can recommend this hotel for stay with kids

Another minus was the lack of proper space for keeping clothes and a worn-out sofa, but in general, the room deserves 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Swimming pool: they have one for smaller kids with a cool slide and another one for the general people, both kept in really good conditions and the kids had a blast on them! The bigger pool has a really decent size, so there is good space for all and it doesn't feel...

However, sometimes there are some people there with not even basic english, but then we just made sure to wait with more "difficult" questions when one of the 2 ladies with good English was around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: We got a family space with a living room and bedroom

It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Great place, very well trained staff, knows how to communicate with people and make them feel special: my brother had birthday and they decorated the bedroom and also surprised him with a bottle of champagne 🍾 great experience, clean rooms, they change towels and make the bed every day /trash and tidy/

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the aqua park and amusement park

Cleaning was done daily – the floors were mopped, towels replaced, toiletries restocked, and after three days, even the bedsheets were changed without us having to ask

I have stayed at the Dara a couple times now and will definitely come back. The rooms are nice with great balconies, great location, very cold air conditioning, very clean! The best part is the amazing staff

There were slopes explicitly for younger kids in one area of the park, so that was cool. We stayed by the pool a few mornings, because the water was so clear, and the kids just wanted to swim right away - so much fun

All the meals we had were so delicious! We got to our rooms and they were very clean and spacious. The hotel was renovated in 2024 so everything was brand new. The beds were comfy, and my wife loved the pillows

Mediocre at best. Parking is limited to 3 spots and it is first come first served basis. We had to ask for towel change every day. No 24/7 reception.

The review is for apartment AURA. Somebody with a lot of good taste has decorated it. The atmosphere is topped up by sea shells and paintings on the walls. The hosts had made It so, you feel really welcomed here

We visited the restaurant in the garden and everything we tried was great and at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere in the garden is green and tastefully decorated and the staff were attentive and fast
