The dish I had was nice, but the cocktail was very dilluted, came without the cherry advertised in the menu and with a moth (?) in it (pictured).
They forgot my soda.
The waiters didn't check on us for the past hour or so and seemed overall distracted and disorganised, such as not knowing or recognizing their own products, forgetting who ordered what, etc. Perhaps it's not an easy job, but other restaurants have no such problems, so I expect good service to be a rule, not an occasional surprise.
Their musician is excellent (a complete one-man show with a great repertoire for every taste) and in between his performances they played good music. Until they switched to playing loud whiny neverending chalga, ruining the atmosphere.

Rooms were nice. Food let the place down in all honesty most of time evening meal was lukewarm at best but there was a microwave if you wanted to warm anything through.
Felt very corporate, a conference was in our hotel towards the end of our week and there was not enough staff on for guests. Only one restaurant and bar open so long time waiting
We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were really really strong 💪 got the feeling some staff didn't want to be there, or they weren't interested in tourists but this may be due to us visiting at the end of season.
Good location too about five mins walk to flower street which I imagine is a neon strip in season, similar amount of time to beach also.

We Enjoyed Our Stay
4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel. None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs. Hotel is kept really clean.
The pool and pool bar area has background music played during the day at an acceptable level, unlike some hotels that had club style music played at loud volume all day. During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc.
Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes. Like all establishments with buffet style the temperature of the food may not be hot enough for some people however a microwave is supplied for guests use.
We did have a couple of minor issues but after visiting reception or speaking to a manager these issues were resolved, no problems, with no drama. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to revisit this hotel again next September as it satisfied all our needs.

The best hotel in all sunny beach! Cozy and Stylish rooms, friendly stuff, delicious food in restaurant, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi baths is a special love!!
Comfortable location: in 5 min from central bus station, 5-7 min from beach, around plenty restaurants, stores!
What else do you need to have a great stay?! It was amazing experience there! Definitely recommend and will come back next year!

I had an excellent stay at Best Western. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s pool area was a highlight – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I also enjoyed the bar, which offered a great selection of drinks in a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant at the hotel was top-notch, serving delicious meals with plenty of variety. The location is ideal, close to major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely return!

Great location, very close to the beach and the main strip. The hotel stuff is warm and helped us a lot to locate some places. Clean rooms and the food was very tasty. No hesitation for the next visit of Sunny beach.
