Location: in Sunny Beach, 29 km from the airport of Burgas.
Consists of one 5-storey building.

The hotel is dated, and the furniture is old and needs renovation.

In the 21st century, this is unacceptable!!!
Food is blunt for the most part, terribly most of the time, so don't go for the breakfast and dinner option!!!!

Great food and service, we were there just for the restaurant/ food. Great fish soup and everyhing else. Awesome location.

Unfortunately the food and service at the beach restearance is a tragedy. The worst place I have ever been in. Pizza (only in name) is a piece of undercooked dough smeared with ketchup and not very attractive additions (the card says chicken and you get chicken ham not fresh). Waiter very arrogant and not helpful. They do not deserve to serve meals in such a place. I discourage.

We had to wait around 30 min for drinks, and we had 2 waters, one Fanta and one bottled beer- no fancy drinks or anything. They were short staffed (around 8:30pm, Friday), however, the place wasn't entirely packed. The food arrived separately, first the pasta, 20 min later the skewers and about 10min later the seafood pasta. The food was pretty regular and inexpensive, although I didn't understand the tuna bread in the seafood salad. Not worth it for the long wait time.

We have only popped in here for food and drinks about 3 times so far this week.
Every visit was a great experience, staff are friendly and helpful.
Food and prices are brilliant, drinks are ice cold.
So good hence why we keep popping back.
Top marks for the outside area, clean and tidy too, pool looks great.
But we've not stayed within the hotel but have used their toilet whilst visiting.
