Hotels on first line in Tsarevo

Seems the ratio of guests to pool size is off. We're on our third day and haven't yet secured a sunbed by the pool. Luckily there are beds available at the beach so not all hope is lost

Amazing hotel and beach-front location, with super-friendly pool-side bar and entertainment staff. Pool facilities and room were great also

Hotel nice and clean, great location with it being on the beach. 30 min stroll to the nearest town which is nice. Staff are a little hit and miss in terms of service, and the sunbed situation is a bit ridiculous

Very nice and clean, the staff is very good, you don't miss anything. Liliana the manager is like a bee every day present, checking, measuring, solving everything. When I bought this holiday I said ok

but I can't tell you how it was. You want a quiet, luxurious holiday, food everything you can't imagine and the staff who are always smiling and eager to help you

Food was fairly average and had a negative experience with the reception staff who bizarrely tried to charge for a damaged room towel that wasn't even ours

u can find bars, pools, slides and just a minute walk away is the beach

The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding. There was always plenty of everything, and the meat dishes were simply excellent. The desserts were absolutely amazing – beautifully prepared and incredibly delicious

We have just returned from our holiday at Alexandria Club Hotel, and we are absolutely delighted with our experience! We first visited this hotel in 2021, and even back then we had a wonderful time

However, this year the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything has become even better, and the level of service has improved tremendously. The food deserves a special mention

The entertainment team was fantastic! The animation program was organized at the highest level. The staff created a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages

We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the alcoholic beverages, which were exceptionally good. Another aspect that impressed us was the housekeeping service

Nice place, surrounded by trees, on a very quiet street. Nice restaurant with a terrace looking at the trees and the sea between.

The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably

The hot tub is ice cold as well, being more of a kid-pool

Very nice and spacious rooms with huge balcony. Cleaning everyday. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite!

Room furniture is cheap but tolerable with the central room cooling system being my main complaint, also I'm not very sure if the thermostat is real and working, or if it's a plastic shell that controls nothing
