Nice hotel with good apartments, some of them with a direct view to the sea. The staff is friendly and the beach is basically on the hotel's doorway

Lacking in a personal touch or personal feeling that a maitre would give. They would never ask how you are ,probably fearing the response. The hotel was clean and had enough staff visible throughout the day

could be better, enough on offer, but the meat quality wasn't great, could be just me being a bit picky though. The pool and the beach are great

The special event included one evening meal in their beach side restaurant boasted an ala carte menu was more Faulty Towers then Four Seasons

The beach is great, the local town is a nice visit and we had a lot of fun. Overall, would completely recommend for a nice cheap family holiday. Not one for those seeking a more loud and late nightlife

Amazing good for kids all inclusive staff were so kind entertainer was extremely funny only had 1 problem and that was that the deepest part of the pool is only 1

The location is 10/10! Huge garden with a pool is located infrint of the hotel. A nice path is leading to the beach just for 20seconds. The rooms are very big and very clean

Location fantastic, right on the beach. Nice beachfront bars & restaurant very near. BUT: ‘Free parking’ - this was actually find somewhere by a busy public beach. ‘Breakfast included’ - breakfast allegedly from 7-10

Very good location and view, we were in a spacious suit but it wasn't sparkling clean. Pool is too cold and practically unusable

The view is amazing! The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. The kids are welcomed and entertained by the animators. There is a parking for the guests and a 24/7 security

Rohi Complex is located on the cape of the same name in the Boruna area, the natural continuation of Nestinarka Beach. 30 meters from the beach and about 600 meters from the neighborhood "Vasiliko" in Tsarevo

Perfect rest, clean, large beach with the most beautiful sunsets that can be seen from the terrace of a clean and cozy room! Away from the noise of the city, offering the sounds of the waves in the rocks and the singing of the numerous birds, with a wonderful view of the beach and the mountains!

Great location for nature getaway - 3 min away from the beach. We had huge balcony with spectacular view from where we could watch the sunset and the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Each room has a view to the sea or to Nestinarka beach and Vasiliko district. To the south - view of Strandzha from where a cool breeze blows regularly

The area is interesting for scuba divers. Free parking is provided for your vehicles. The managers of the complex wish you to make the right choice. You are welcome with us and we hope you will be very satisfied

The food, accomodation, amination team and many other aspect are excellent! This place has jacuzzi, 2 big pools, SPA, Fitness centre, massages, 3 separated bars (2 on the beach, 1 in the lobby), multifunctional playground and many more!

Location nearby sea with nice view. Rather small beach (we prefer small and not crowded). Sea when calm very nice with pure water, when waves then some sea moss and friendly small medusas (safe and not anyhow harming)

If you are considering visiting this hotel, not only you are going to experience amazing sunrises above the sea, not only you are able to live in relative peace and solitude, but you will also have many, many options of interaction with amazing and energized animators, who are able to provide fun and activities for all day long

Nice place, several pools, several bars, aqua park, animators, good restaurant, playground. A lot of available activities and games with the animation team.

Pretty, well equipped hotel just few meters from the sea. Inside hotel there is aquapark with attractive pirate ship theme

Good food, nice hotel, friendly staff, programm for kids, clean sea . One star taken for cleanliness of the hotel room - but maybe Im just perfectionnist? :-) Good place for holidays with kids!

The hotel is right at the beach and also has it's own swimming pool. However, the studio, we were staying at, was not as great as we were expecting. The batroom was mouldy and rusty

The place was excellent! The location itself (right on the beach line) is perfect for a family stay. Our room have been upgraded to a better one, with a sea view at the same cost

We spent 10 loveley days at Primea Beach Residence. The Manager Toma is one fine young man that is always ready to help and is very nice. The staff are nice and respectfull. The VIP apartment is big clean and comfortable

We stayed only for a day but had such a relaxing time. The manager on reception was lovely, incredibly helpful and kind. The pool is lovely although needs some pool tiles replacing

The view from the balcony is stunning. The only downfall are the wooden sheds on the beach which spoil the beautifull view. We really enjoyed our holiday

Nice place, clean everyday, have air conditioner, everything, good location for people with a car, just thin curtains, so wake me up when the sun rises and the mattresses were not comfortable, but everything else was OK, hosts were really polite :)

Nice place, surrounded by trees, on a very quiet street. Nice restaurant with a terrace looking at the trees and the sea between.

The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably

The hot tub is ice cold as well, being more of a kid-pool

Very nice and spacious rooms with huge balcony. Cleaning everyday. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite!

Room furniture is cheap but tolerable with the central room cooling system being my main complaint, also I'm not very sure if the thermostat is real and working, or if it's a plastic shell that controls nothing

All the rooms have sea view. Hotel is located in the vicienity of sea garden and a small port hosting sailboats and fishing vessels.

It's a good place .The rooms are not so big but for the price it's fine.Please fix the sliding doors to the balcony because it's hard to go outside and add a basket bin .

Clean rooms, awesome see view and friendly staff. It's located at a very quiet place and has like a private beach which is awesome.

The best place for diving lessons in a swim with instructor. The hotel is very clean, rooms ate comfortable and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food. There is a small beach a few meters from the hotel.

The place looks klosed at 01.06.2020.It has no direct access to the beach, but the views are nice.

Wonderful view of the sea. Good staff. Good breakfast. The closest sand beach is on the small side, but bigger are in 7 minutes walking. And delicious food in Panchetata restaurant next to the bigger beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to wild and secluded beaches. Awesome apartment - very spacious, comfortable for a family with a toddler, amazing view.

The resort location is good with amazing swimming pool, probably the biggest in the area. The rooms need renovation for sure

If you lucky enough to have neighbors with dogs you would enjoy contant barking early in the morning or evening

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.

The hotel has 2 separate pools (each of them had attached a baby pool to it). One is right next to the restaurant 120-180 in depth. The other one was ~100 - very convenient for small children

The pools are in different parts of the complex, offering shadow in different parts of the day. The hotel umbrellas are not enough for all guests, but there is enough space for additional umbrellas if you have one

The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working well

There was just one restaurant and one bar for the all 3 buildings. There were ~3 people servicing the buffet (no self service due to COVID). The line for the food was getting enormous in the most busy hours

Really family friendly place. Our balcony had sea view. Beach was perfect. 5 stars

Neat and tidy and very good for families. Some very slight issues, but overall experience was perfect.

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla osób poszukujących ciszy, kontaktu z naturą. Apartament dobrze wyposażony,
