Wonderful family hotel! Extremely clean, kind and responsive owners! There is a spacious kitchen and dining room for common use, great coffee and bottled drinks for 1-2 leva. In the immediate vicinity there are great bakery shops and several local restaurants. Nestinarka beach, as well as Vasiliko beach, are 5 min.

Wonderful guesthouse, wonderful people. Cozy and clean, with a nice atmosphere. Ask Georgi to make you a cappuccino, you won't regret it!

Wonderful place! Really well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The rooms are sparkling clean, having a nice view over the green areas around. The location is perfect for a nice family holiday- there are lots of nice restaurants nearby and two beaches in walking distance!

Nice hotel, friendly staff on a communicative place

When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

Great value for money. Pet friendly. It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. It needs a good updating. Great location right on the water. We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders. The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. Great location, great view (we paid for one bedroom apartment but there was an issue with our reservation and instead we got a two bedroom apartment with two balconies - both with sea view which was great). The hotel is catering towards the local/Bulgarian clients, you won't meet many foreigners there. The receptionists don't speak English but this was not a problem (they always call someone on the phone who can translate). Rooms are old, it's like a time machine takes you into 80's. Elevators have probably never seen soap water since installed (and they keep breaking down).. We haven't tried any food...
