Where to stay in Tsarevo

Amazing hotel and beach-front location, with super-friendly pool-side bar and entertainment staff. Pool facilities and room were great also. Food was fairly average and had a negative experience with the reception staff who bizarrely tried to charge for a damaged room towel that wasn't even ours. Great place overall though.

Very nice and clean, the staff is very good, you don't miss anything. Liliana the manager is like a bee every day present, checking, measuring, solving everything. When I bought this holiday I said ok...let's see how it is...but I can't tell you how it was...like in a dream...everything is a 10. You want a quiet, luxurious holiday, food everything you can't imagine and the staff who are always smiling...

Hotel nice and clean, great location with it being on the beach. 30 min stroll to the nearest town which is nice. Staff are a little hit and miss in terms of service, and the sunbed situation is a bit ridiculous. Seems the ratio of guests to pool size is off. We're on our third day and haven't yet secured a sunbed by the pool. Luckily there are beds available at the beach so not all hope is lost....

Amazing hotel and staff, loved every moment of it. It's so easy to go to the beach and pool, room to pool 30 sec, room to beach/in the water 2 min. Bar in-between the two, with the "snacks" available all day, being a full meal. Fresh cooked chips, burger, pizza, wraps, salad and much more! Big shout out to Petar blagodarya ti! For all, big smile, friendly, Caring for all and quick! Could not recommend...

Overall Serenity Bay Hotel provides a mid range price TUI SUNEO holiday. There was never any surprise factor in any of the meal times.Staff were efficient but you could never say friendly. Lovely place. Hotel is nice, though as said before, there are many wasps and flys. Nothing can be done about that really though. Food.... could be better, enough on offer, but the meat quality wasn't great, could be just me being a bit picky though. The chips were spot on. The pool and the beach are great. I don't think that the hotel should be ****. The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working...

The hotel is on the second line. Very high quality construction. Beautiful facades, green. Restaurant, swimming pools. The owner have not invested in complex funds. The owners maintain the infrastructure, paying for support. Spa no, there is no protection, after the winter, not all elevators are working. Sorry...

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.

amazing hotel for kids and families but also filled with young people. there’s programs and games for everyone all day long with nighttime entertainment. u can find bars, pools, slides and just a minute walk away is the beach.

Location nearby sea with nice view. Rather small beach (we prefer small and not crowded). Sea when calm very nice with pure water, when waves then some sea moss and friendly small medusas (safe and not anyhow harming). Rooms nice and tidy. Well organized. Spacy bathroom. Wonderful family hotel! Extremely clean, kind and responsive owners! There is a spacious kitchen and dining room for common use, great coffee and bottled drinks for 1-2 leva. In the immediate vicinity there are great bakery shops and several local restaurants. Nestinarka beach, as well as Vasiliko beach, are 5 min.

A lovely family hotel where you can find everything you need. Peaceful neighbourhood, close to the best restaurant in the town and a 24/7 shop. Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds, a large, fully equipped kitchen space, great hosts! Lots of small details making you feel welcome and at home. Great value for money!

Wonderful place! Really well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The rooms are sparkling clean, having a nice view over the green areas around. The location is perfect for a nice family holiday- there are lots of nice restaurants nearby and two beaches in walking distance!

Clean, quiet, nice rooms, tv, fridge, airco, balcony, anti mosquito screen and free parking for only 35€ a day for 2 persons. 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and the beacn (Arapya). Recommended!

Nice hotel with all necessary for a stay in such a location. /supposing you are eating outside/ Quite, not far from the sea and the shops, clean.

Not too bad, some improvements needed,like stronger light in bathroom, towels can be changed every day. Quiet place. Not beach front.

Nice place, surrounded by trees, on a very quiet street. Nice restaurant with a terrace looking at the trees and the sea between.

I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food. The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably. The hot tub is ice cold as well, being more of a kid...
