Amazing hotel and beach-front location, with super-friendly pool-side bar and entertainment staff. Pool facilities and room were great also. Food was fairly average and had a negative experience with the reception staff who bizarrely tried to charge for a damaged room towel that wasn't even ours. Great place overall though.

Hotel nice and clean, great location with it being on the beach. 30 min stroll to the nearest town which is nice. Staff are a little hit and miss in terms of service, and the sunbed situation is a bit ridiculous. Seems the ratio of guests to pool size is off. We're on our third day and haven't yet secured a sunbed by the pool. Luckily there are beds available at the beach so not all hope is lost....

Amazing hotel and staff, loved every moment of it. It's so easy to go to the beach and pool, room to pool 30 sec, room to beach/in the water 2 min. Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

Overall, a great place to relax. Beautiful rooms with astonishing views. Very close to the beach. The only issue I have is with the food - not every time something to eat. I would recommend having barbeque food aside, apart from the cooked food. Apart from that, a great place for a vacation.

Great place for family vacation. It is definitely not a four stars hotel, but its location in the forest, great beach nearby, good food makes it a good choice. The rooms are a little bit worn out, but are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are changed regularly. If you're looking for a fancy place it's not your thing. But if you're used to camping and outdoors i think you'll like it.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

Our stay at Jeravi hotel was pleasant but definitely not great. There were a few cons that we couldn’t ignore. The first thing that put us off was the seating at the beach. There weren’t enough spaces for everyone even though we booked the hotel with the assurance that there will be an umbrella and two loungers per room. We spent in the hotel very nice 5 summer days. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, all the meals were on the tables till 10 o’clock. Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. Tons of good-quality food. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat. Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.

The buildings and the common grounds are amortized and not well maintained. It’s wet and slippery around the pools. The restaurants are expensive for the quality of the food and the location. The apartment we rented was nice. There are several pools on the property, but if you don’t rent an apartment directly from the reception, you have to pay for the the pool and beach chairs.

Beautiful resort about a 20 minute walk to old town up a hill. Just enough time to wear off dinner. The rooms are clean, modern and a beautiful deck. The restaurant at the resort was also very good. Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch.

The apartments are comfortable, the beach is close. However, the common lawns are not maintained and this spoils the feeling of a beautiful place. There are no grocery, fruit or vegetable shops nearby.

The room was very nice. Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

We made a great choice picking Hotel Coral. We stayed there 2 weeks ago and I'd say it was perfect for us. A very young team who tried to do their best for making tourist feel comfortable. The staff were unprofessional, not helpful at all especially the waiters. The receptionist at the time of check-in was not welcoming whatsoever and did not explain anything about the hotel/breakfast/dinner etc… Rooms were not very clean, there were dust everywhere and the bed was uncomfortable. This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather.

A brammer of a hotel…… reeks of quality and excellent location close to good beach, the marina and restaurants

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well). Everything is close by. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive. Recommended.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.
