Hotel Amore Beach - All Inclusive Light in Elenite

Booked one week with my family and had to leave after first 8 hours here. Bathroom very dirty and smelly, no window blinds so everyone could see us in the living room, no lights in the room (very poor light from the secondary sources). Told us they have kids playground and we found nothing. No internet access if you come from abroad this is expensive to use for one week), no food diversification, had to give my son rice and cucumber as there was only pork and lamb, no drinks left 2 hours before dinner ending, the wallpaper on the walls coming off, ripped, found two baby milk bottles under my bed, even if the national money are BGN they only ask for Euros.

Internet so bad that i can't even open my phone anymore, matter fact i cannot even open my gallery with that internet, just paid for internet that i don't have, waste of money.

The stay does not deserve a single star. The atmosphere is complete kitsch, the service at the reception is based on the principle of "what did you come to me for?" The food is the same, from morning to night the same thing is offered. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. When leaving the hotel, we waited like hostages for the receptionist to fall asleep. Don't give your money and don't waste your time. Apparently the policy of the entire hotel is not customer oriented

For all those who say that their stay in this hotel was amazing, I will ask - what exactly did they like? Starting with the reception at the reception with an impudent, low-flowing receptionist who prioritizes Russian and Ukrainian tourists! Rooms without water!!! The cleanup happened on the fourth day!!! Beds with springs on which even a dog will not be able to sleep! A restaurant where the food is monotonous and poor every day (I didn't know there was sour cheese) and walking from the first, second and third floors with a plate will tire even the best marathon runner! No music, no pleasures, neither for young nor for adults (dead work) At 11 p.m. the gates close, who swam in the sea during the day, swam, then there is no way out - Prison! A guard who makes it a problem that we finish what we ordered from the bar, which closes at 11pm! Parking, no spaces, but with payment!!! If you feel like going to a malnourished pensioner's boarding house, this hotel is your place! Amore Beach👎👎👎
