Nice hotel located in a secluded quiet location. A good economical option for a relaxing holiday.

Location: village of Kranevo, 35 km from airport Varna.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Only 23 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 600 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.
On the hotel territory: the restaurant "Margarita" with a summer terrace, café bar, summer patio, outdoor swimming pool, currency exchange, safe-Deposit box at front Desk extra charge

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from both the owner and the main contact for bookings. We called the reception ahead of time to ask if we can arrive very late at night, they confirmed they work 24/7 and took our booking in the phone with a discount, instead of over Booking.com (now I see this as our mistake). When we arrived at the property at 3AM after a long drive, the owner send us away in the most arrogant manner and refused to even check the reservations to confirm if we had a booking. The day after we called again to understand what on earth caused this behaviour and the receptionist said they will call us again to confirm, but they never did.
I now see that on Booking.com they list reception working hours as 0:00-0:00, but this is far from truth. We were told reception works until 22:00 only.
I’ve never felt such arrogance from staff in the service industry, I’ll do everything to avoid this place.

Surprisingly good hotel!
I noted the following aspects that make the Margarita hotel a good choice regarding the price-quality ratio:
- location close to the beach, in a quiet area with free parking and its own restaurant
- cleaning is done daily in the hallways and in the rooms, you have clean towels, carpet, ok bed, well maintained furniture.
- perfectly functional air conditioning, wifi ok
- hearty breakfast, buffet style, we also had a very good and varied dinner, every evening being served fresh dishes and a surprise dessert, and a choice of free beer or wine with water
- the kindness of the very responsive staff who make efforts to ensure the best possible conditions for tourists!
Thanks to Serdar and the family for the beautiful days spent at the Margarita hotel!
All this makes us come back soon to this surprisingly good hotel.

Pros: The hotel is actually a villa located quite close to the beach, the room was ok in size and the refrigerator and air conditioning worked well.
Minuses: the internet is slow, you are disconnected every 5 minutes,
in 5 days the room was not cleaned, only the garbage bags were changed every 2 days and toilet paper was put on request
The breakfast is a disaster, poor and of poor quality, and anyway if you don't arrive in the first 5 minutes after it opens, you won't really find anything, because they don't refill anymore.
If you ask for coffee, they offer you ness, if you insist that you want coffee and no ness, you get bad coffee for a fee.
In the room, the sheets you covered yourself with had holes.
Conclusion: we won't be back!

NR1 we were very satisfied as a family We had a holiday for a week, the hotel is a family business, husband-wife and their sons work together. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the sea, very close to the bazaar.

The room was not cleaned well. There is only one free outlet in the room, two phones cannot be charged at the same time. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
