Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

Nice location, quite and peaceful, good for families with children, it’s a resort with private access and beautiful view. Maybe we had the bad luck… who knows. We can come for the future but hopefully will be a better room. 😊

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Big, nice, confortable rooms. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

Very interesting hotel. I really loved their food. As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free.

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool. The staff at reception is friendly and helpful (they also speak English, German and Russian, which helps...) Parking in Albena is tricky, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

The pool is nice and shallow, perfect for my girlfriend who cannot swim. The sea can be reached by walking in or jumping in. Everything is clean and well served. There are lifeguard stands on both pool and sea. The stuff is kind and polite and makes sure your stay is great.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

First things first, the golf course is incredible. It is kept in fantastic condition, and has amazing sea views on every hole. It is also very challenging so do not expect to play to your handicap. In terms of the hotel, the rooms and facilities were great, but the food and drink prices do leave a bitter taste in the mouth. Golf is absolutely amazing here, very hard so take a lot of balls. One of the best I've ever played. The hotel itself is okay, the only thing was quite a few of the bar and waiting staff were really miserable, as if we were inconveniencing them - made for a weird atmosphere. Excellent breakfast, well served and organized in "OLIVE RESTAURANT". The location has most probably the best view over the Balchik sea shore and laguna. The golf course it is one of the best in Easter Europe.
