Nice hotell. Will recommend for family's with kids up to 12 years of age. We went there in July 2025 and it was plenty of space by the pools, even if the restaurant area seemed full. No need to stay in line for a sunbed in the morning. The only thing that feels very negatively from my family's stay was the black sea. The sea was very brown and full of seaweed. Hello, Asking some questions here, as I did not receive a reply over email. 1. How big (width and length) is a bunk bed from the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments? Can an adult sleep in the bunk bed? 2. In the two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. Can these be attached to each other to create one single double bed? Thank you!

Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. We recently spent a few nights here and had a generally pleasant stay, though it definitely isn’t a 5-star experience by Western European standards. The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

This was a girls trip. The apartment was clean and ready to receive guests. Easy to find, we found a parking spot every day. From towels to hair dryer, from cups to oven trays, everything was there. We stayed 15 days at Laguna Beach from July 6 to 20. An excellent stay. Hotel very well located, rooms dated but clean. The restoration is very good. The animators are at the top you will not be disappointed. The two downsides, the curtains are not blackout, provide a mask and nothing to do after 11 p.m.

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice. Although I have travelled to many lovely places, this is my favourite hotel. It has the privilege of being situated next to Queen Maria' s castle and garden. Nice family resort. Older but we’ll maintained. Can’t complain.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste. I was disgusted by such people. So from hotel point...

Nice location, very good food and diversity. Nice place. Pool lifeguard it's bad. Abuse his position, and bad communication.

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the beach, large rooms, clean facility, good food, and very friendly staff from the general manager to bartenders and cleaning persons
