On the first day, even if I arrived before the time of accommodation, the hotelier has provided me with the key for my room. The room and the bathroom were large enough and very clean. The room was equipped with all the necessary: A/C, fridge, flat TV, 2 separate long and comfortable beds with new mattresses, wardrobe, desk, luggage shelf. A very clean and quiet place. Friendly staff who takes care of your needs. Hot water all the time. The room was cleaned daily. The sheets and towels were changed on day four. Pet friendly. If we visit Kranevo again, we are going to stay there. There is a cosy outdoor restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Randevu.

No breakfast. Neglected. If it is for one night, it can be experienced. The host is very nice and responsive! Just freshen up the rooms and the hotel will be perfect!

5 stars for the restaurant at this hotel. The family that runs the restaurant are extremely hospitable and friendly, the cook is very knowledgeable and skilled with many dishes and provides delicious food that has a home-cooked feeling to it. I would return to this restaurant every day if I could.

We've been there a few times before, so I kind of knew what to expect. Business is owed by a family that strives for the best, friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate everyone needs. Is probably one of the cheapest hotels in the sunny Golden Sands resort. It's the best you can get for this money. The food is probably better than many restaurants. I will probably use them again in the future

The hotel rooms are hot because only some of them have air conditioning. Half of the staff (especially the owner) is rude and arrogant with the guests. Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old. WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

Family Hotel Victoria is true to its name. It's a cozy place with kind and warm people. Pros: a short walk from the beach away, and great conversations with the owners Cons: your standards will raise and no other hotel will feel as homely

Nice place across from the beach, intimate, cosy, better than any 2 stars hotel we have been to. The kitchen provides fresh good food, the personal is friendly and helpful. I parked my car for free at the hotel and Swedish buffet breakfast is also included in the room's price. Great value for money, I do recommend!
