My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

The hotel is fair priced and nothing special in terms of luxury, but it was close to the beach and clean. We got a double room with big balcony and there was a mini fridge and a TV inside. We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Castle, Kranevo. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room (101) was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I picked this place because it had an enormous garden and its proximity to the beach since we were with a 3montthold. The staff were very polite. The food was good. The animation team were incredible as well. I got the chance to rest and recharge.

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. My second summer holiday in MiraBelle hotel was amazing again! Very nice, helpful and kind staff, clean and bright room! The restaurant was clean, very delicious food and so many different choices! The animation was incredible! Thank you so much and see you again!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The hotel is very clean, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious but an aspect which needs improving is the cleaning. We asked to have the room cleaned but instead of doing it they simply changed the towels. The room needed vacuuming because there was sand everywhere. Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. Owners don’t respond to inquiries. Service is standard Food is at best standard Location is great. Families and Business people will be unhappy with the lack of WIFi.

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Also, food and beverages are cheap in quality but I appreciate the diversity after all. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

The room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The shower gel, which also doubled as shampoo, was very diluted and didn’t foam.
