Algara is a very cozy, family friendly resort. It's the third year that we comeback for the view, personal and atmosphere. We really recommend it.

Nice smiling staff. Renovated, clean and spacious room as well as the stylish bathroom. Wifi works with login/password. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the room, which also has some kitchen facilities and a pretty balcony. Restaurants in something 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Fantastic location, literally on the beach. The swimming pool is also very useful. You'll get some sunbeds included in the room price and that's great. The food is nice if not slightly repetitive. But there was always plenty to choose from and good quality. Their cocktails are a bit funny, but they do the trick. It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be.

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Excellent location. Varied and always fresh food. Airy rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Hotel located in perfect point of Golden Sands - near the beach, far from most crowded and noisy part of promenade but still offering many shops and other attractions. But location is their main strong point. Then starts to be only worse. Personel friendly and helpful. In general speaking English, but not in 100%. Rooms are some kind of time travel machine. We landed in early 90s. Clean but really...

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. "THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old. WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

Super nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. All staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean, food is very tasty and with such great variety. But the highest praise will go to 2 animators who made the rest real, as kids were occupied with so many different activities every day. Thank you for your enthusiasm, resourcefulness and fabulous attitude to your job and our children.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the towels were changed frequently. The staff was kind and helpful. The kids liked the animators the most. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Great value all-inclusive stay! Palm Beach is a clean, well-located hotel just steps from the beach. The all-inclusive package had plenty of tasty food and drinks, with options for both kids and adults. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Perfect for a family holiday at a reasonable price!

It has been OK. The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

The hotel is 20 years old, renovated 7 years ago. Walls from room it looks like they're old, but VERY CEALN, beds, toilets everything. Personal and the food are amazing, shows with dancing and singing every evening. We like very much so everyone can join here to Palm beach Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😀 😎 😊

Spent 4 nights here .Not really a 4 star hotel more like a 3. Pros: - big room, clean, no funny smells in the bathroom or from sewage, bed comfy enough, extra blankets and pillows in the dressing. - housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads...

Good parking, guarded, variated food but not every day, staff ok too our needs, very polite, room big bathroom old, good pool, bar ok.

Super experience, I feel in love with one if the receptionist(dalia the Bulgarian chick), everyone was very polite and helped with everything I asked for. The food was amazing, especially the pizza😍😍😍😋😋😋. The stairs to the beach weren’t great but i know it’s not their fault. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Golden Sands. The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.

We are often visitors to Golden sands and stayed at many hotels. I think this is the best one we have ever stayed at . Everything about this hotel A1 plus . The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected.
