Very clean. The staff was extraordinary. It was my wife’s birthday, and they surprised us during dinner by bringing a big cake and a bottle of champagne. We were amazed by their attention to detail. The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

Hello everyone, I spent the last 2 weeks in Bulgaria at the Sentido Marea Hotel, expecting a normal, good vacation, but when we arrived, everything was better than expected. A beautiful hotel with very good rooms and excellent maintenance, the food was also fantastically delicious, and the service is very good, everyone is friendly. When I was at the pool, it showed me that the money was worth it....

We had a wonderful vacation! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. We especially loved how close the beach was. Our child had the best time playing in the pool. Everything was exactly what we hoped for. Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....
