It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee.
