It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel.
The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves.
The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar.

Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok).
Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach.
The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge.
And not to forget..please find a supply for water melons, there was NO WAY...
I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities. +++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva.
Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles.

A very pleasant experience at Sunny Castle. It is situated practically on the beach and they have free sun chairs for the customers.
