It was my 6th year here in Mura. I just love it. I love the beach in Albena, especially in Mura where you can go out of the hotel and you are there. This year the rooms were renovated and they were great. There are big bed and TV, that I never turned on, because we were always at the beach. I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!

They have large rooms with all you need. Big balcony, fridge, air conditionning, very clean (they change towells and clean the rooms every day if you let them!). Good pool and free parking around. Nice place, conveniently located close to the beach and close to the Black Sea Arena Ice rink. Rooms are clean, but the pillows are not the most comfortable ones. Pool is nice and the hotel gym also, but wifi is not the best. Restaurant serves decent food at affordable prices. All in all- an enjoyable experience! Would definitely come back!

It's a clean place with kind people. There are two problems: parking place for person with disability, and a very bad sounds insulation between the rooms. That why we give it only 3 stars for room.

Just after returning from a great family holiday in Belle View 2 hotel. Hotel is spotlessly cleaned, has friendly staff and is run by family. Wonderful place!! This place is family run and everyone is lovely and so helpful. It’s a lovely size place with a lovely quiet clean pool. The cleaning staff never stop! The whole place is immaculate. Rooms are lovely and breakfast is exactly what you want. The beach is 6 minute walk and plenty of shops near if you just want to stay in your room and relax. Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room. Parking ok - even if it's full, personal will help you with that. Pools are fine (one for adults and one for kids) - big enough and clean. Playing ground for kids - pretty messy and dirty / when it's raining there's a lot of water...

Anyways, we went there for a festival full of class, there anyways BUT it was fun! Anyways we are there waffles crumbled, and I indulged in the evening there cockroaches on the ceiling 2. And the ants running around! But I normally would that was a long time ago when I was in grade 3, now 8.

Very nice hotel! We rested as much as 15 people! The staff is nice. The Director of the hotel with a sense of humor is a plus! :) The bartender Dimitri sociable person and speaks good Russian! NR1 we were very satisfied as a family We had a holiday for a week, the hotel is a family business, husband-wife and their sons work together. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the sea, very close to the bazaar.

The room was not cleaned well. There is only one free outlet in the room, two phones cannot be charged at the same time. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

For the ones who love rustic locations, gardens, flowers and silence, i wholeheartedely recommend this place! The menu had a wide selection, reasonable prices, the serving was quick and the waiter was really polite and spoke Romanian, which was a plus. A beautiful experience, the place is a piece of heaven

Wonderful place, clean rooms, has everything you need, kind and responsive host, five minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Ideal complex for families with children, peace and quiet. We will be happy to vacation here every year.

Poor cleaning of rooms, there is not enough space for garbage in the toilet and generally very narrow toilets, if you fold out a chair, then the room will not leave room at all. It would be very nice if the rooms had hair dryer. Problems with doors, if they are not closed, then constantly open, in our room the door to the bathroom is constantly wedged
