Where to stay in Kranevo

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar. I arrived at the check...

Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge. And not to forget..please find a supply for water melons, there was NO WAY...

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities. +++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! Nice place, conveniently located close to the beach and close to the Black Sea Arena Ice rink. Rooms are clean, but the pillows are not the most comfortable ones. We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Castle, Kranevo. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room (101) was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A very pleasant experience at Sunny Castle. It is situated practically on the beach and they have free sun chairs for the customers. Very clean. The staff was extraordinary. It was my wife’s birthday, and they surprised us during dinner by bringing a big cake and a bottle of champagne. We were amazed by their attention to detail. Amazing place to have a short/long stay. UAI is great, food is diverse and staff is friendly. We were arriving after 10PM and they called us to ask arrival time and if we want to keep something to eat - it’s a small gesture and a small food, but impact is huge. 24/7 bar ❤️

I picked this place because it had an enormous garden and its proximity to the beach since we were with a 3montthold. The staff were very polite. The food was good. The animation team were incredible as well. I got the chance to rest and recharge.

5 stars for the restaurant at this hotel. The family that runs the restaurant are extremely hospitable and friendly, the cook is very knowledgeable and skilled with many dishes and provides delicious food that has a home-cooked feeling to it. I would return to this restaurant every day if I could.
