Also called Hotel Sunrise. It's a simple accommodition, that is no suprise. Beds not too comfortable, but all in all its alright in relation to the price paid. It is clean and close to the beach. Golden Sands Area is reachable by taxi (approx. 25 BGN, daytime)

Nice and caring team! Delicious food, a view of the sea, a swimming pool, clean and cozy rooms are available to guests. A sense of calm and a pleasant atmosphere, rest with wonderful people.

Clean, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, friendly staff! The inconvenience was that meals were served in a bistro, which was located across two hotels! We only had breakfast and it was in sufficient quantity! The pool is not large, but the water was clean. There were no umbrellas, At least I didn't see any...

Not a very good place to stay.
In some rooms the bathrooms are a misery.
And instead of the promised sea view from room 310, there is a view of discarded toilet bowls.

Very old base, no parking, rooms are for renovation, old and broken shower, there is a hole in the wall in place of the fan, the beds are old and the mattress is dirty with broken springs, the blankets are old and dusty, the TV is old, no Internet in rooms, there was a garden, but it is not maintained, the food is under any criticism and a lot of people go to the place to eat. Despite the diligence of the staff to maintain the rooms is not possible in this base. The only good thing is the kind, smiling and heartfelt staff they have hired, they try very hard and are always responsive. Many thanks to the cleaner (by the way who is a former teacher) and the receptionist who helped us have a nice holiday!
