4☆ not more like 2. Firstly if you have a big car you'll more than likely damage it getting in the carpark. I booked a room with a hot tub and steam room it was leaking in the room below, the manager thought it was my doing. I turned on the hot tub and recorded the issue without being in there, they entered my room while half naked which really made me angry. I ended up being moved upstairs to a similar room, the 1 lady was so apologetic, really lovely person. Left me wine fruit and water to say sorry. The phones in room don't work, the hot tub only jet from 1 place, no lights in it work. Tv lost connection every 5 mins. Honestly if I knew what the rooms were like I would never had booked it. BREAKFAST wow I could only do a boiled egg, a slice of cheese and tomato, it's awful. The only positive thing wad the lovely lady who tried her best to make me feel comfortable. Would I recommend 🤔 NO nor would I stay again

Very disappointing stay
The hotel fails to meet basic expectations for a 4-star property. The EV charging spot was blocked by a car that didn’t even need charging and staff did nothing about it – a major reason we chose this hotel in the first place.

We were also overcharged for the pet fee (asked 30 BGN instead of the listed 20 BGN) and only after an argument did they agree to correct it, in a very unprofessional manner.

The room itself was far from 4-star quality: dirty carpet, old bathroom, and overall poor maintenance.

Absolutely not worth the price and definitely not recommended.

it's the worst hotel tat you can imagine. every thing is old,it's smell very old, breakfast it's disaster better not to eat.dont go there even if this is the nobly free room.

Good until breakfast, only hot drink included is Bulgarian tea. Coffee extra charge. 4 Star Hotel??

Hotel in the old part of Veliko Tarnovo. It says that it is a 4-star hotel, but I have to admit that I am disappointed because it is more for a 3-star hotel.
There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, but neither was open. I understand about the outdoor pool because it is cold, but the indoor one could have been at the guests' service.

Horrible place and experience.
Cannot says much about the service as we checked out 30 minutes after checking in, but the place was horrible. Disgusting room with horrible smell of smoke.

Friendly staff, will help you with everything.
Good location. About 15 minutes walk from busstation South. Many possibilities for a drink and food around. Old town within minutes.

Hotel is clean. Very good breakfast buffet.
Swimming pool in other building opposite the street. It is on the roof: great view.
