Retro vibes, anyone looking to see a typical socialist era brutalist hotel example may enjoy. Central location, parking available. Rooms are dated (but unlike other reviews, mine was clean). It was August, and there was no air con in the rooms. Thick smell of smoke in the lobby. Avoids one star as it was cheap and the receptionist was friendly and spoke English.

The hotel has a perfect location, a wonderful pool with mineral water, good service, excellent cuisine in both restaurants and parking. This covers all my requirements. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Kazanlak!

Great location in the heart of the city, parking place near by.

You can not image how worse it is, old lift, no light in the room, no hot water, except its location

Came here for lunch. The hotel was as run down as you could imagine. The toilets are unbelievably dirty
If you decide to stay a little longer after lunch, you would be forced to leave with the manager shouting "thank you, bye bye" loudly and repeatedly
