We have just stayed here for a few days as a family from Manchester to visit my mums grave in Vasilyovo and we will definitely be back!! All of the staff were fantastic even though we don’t speak any Bulgarian they were all so nice to us from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was great and we had two evening meals that were absolutely lovely. Thanks everyone, see you next year!!

Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

The hotel was very nice, our room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The breakfast was amazing and the personnel at the restaurant were very friendly and polite.

We visited here from Manchester after visiting my mums grave in Vasilyovo in the morning and what a fantastic day we had! We had one of the white gazebos and had lots of food and drink, we rented a fishing rod so my husband could teach our daughters to fish and they caught a trout very quickly!! The staff were lovely despite the fact we speak no Bulgarian! We would love to come and stay another time...

A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons. Nearby is the Bulgaria Land theme park, which is also interesting. The service is at a high level, as is the cleanliness, and the view of the lake is super relaxing and invigorating.

I was visiting hotel on 21.03. Good hotel with pleasant staff. Little bit more expensive that it offered. Almost all is newly repaired, but I am not filling that it is 4 star hotel. Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

Not only was the property beautiful the staff was exceptional as well. The 24 hr room service was much appreciated. The front office staff was very accommodating to my needs.

The room was very basic with paper thin walls so you can here everything in the neighbouring room. The mini bar hadn't been cleaned in months and contained two bottles of rancid juice which might explain the strange smell in the room. The hotel is located close to the city center but outside of it, in a quieter neighborhood. The rooms are disappointing for the pretense of the hotel - very basic, no air conditioning, windows locked to only crack a little, so in warm weather it's quite unpleasant. The rooms have physical keys and they can only give you one, which is quite inconvenient when you have roommates, like on a large event...

Huge hotel easily accessible from the expressway with secure parking and 2 150kw charging posts in the parking. Rooms are ok, beds are very comfortable and breakfast is tasty. The personel is helpful and acomodating.

Excellent hotel for a short stay, it is a 10 minute walk away from the nice city centre. The room was OK and the price was very good. For a longer trip, I think the breakfast could become problematic, as it was not very diverse.

It’s a sport venue hotel. It caters primarily to sports teams. Rooms are nice and big enough, bathrooms are spacious and clean. If you go out of toilet paper you need to ask for more in the restaurant/reception and then do the walk of shame to your room with a roll of toilet paper in hand. The hotel has a big parking lot, restaurant and big outdoor restaurant area. What it doesn’t have is an elevator...

Great hotel with a decent price, evwn low I might say! For breakfast we had a vhoice between mixed breakfast and omelete- the mixed one was great! Cheese, some jam, ham...very delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean.
