Elegant and well-designed hotel in Lovech, Bulgaria. Rooms were cosy, dishes tasty, service in restaurant professional. Parking 🅿️ lot near the hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and very attractive, but the most important part is that the staff here is just amazing! Especially the restaurant team. They are so kind and welcoming that made us to consider another visit very soon!

It's a pretty good hotel with a restaurant, good rooms and is a few minutes walk away from the town but if it is hot outside, it doesn't feel good to walk that much. My room had an AC, 3 beds, a TV, bathroom with shower and storage.

All staff I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient! The location is wonderful, and so is the spa area and restaurant. Breakfast had an exceptional variety! I also got a massage, and the massage therapist was so nice and thoughtful. All in all, highly recommend!

Amazing interior with lovely art and paintings and well decorated and clean rooms. The personal was friendly and made the stay pleasant

Great restaurant (the winery). Food was delicious and our waitress (Maria) was amazing- very polite and professional. If you are in the area, or visiting the Zlaten Park, definitely stop by for lunch or dinner.

Perfect conditions for a family getaway. Pool was great, the room was great, the staff were great, the restaurant was great, the food was awesome. Wonderful place to relax. 👍 👍 👍

The hotel has nice and original rooms with different themes. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It has also SPA, but we didn’t try it, but looks good.

Lachezar from the reception is very polite and helpful person.

In general is a great place to spend time and relax after a long drive.
