A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons. Nearby is the Bulgaria Land theme park, which is also interesting. The service is at a high level, as is the cleanliness, and the view of the lake is super relaxing and invigorating.

I was visiting hotel on 21.03. Good hotel with pleasant staff. Little bit more expensive that it offered. Almost all is newly repaired, but I am not filling that it is 4 star hotel. In some area of SPA children was not allowed, which was strange for me. Also the swimming pool water was chlorited more than enough. The restaurant for dinner is not respond of 4stars hotel quality. In the room was not enough hot even I put to max the heating. I am waiting when I am coming in some hotel the room should be prepared to be enough hot, it was cold. I was with child 6 years old.

Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

no hot water in the room. I had to take a shower with cold water. The air conditioner was broken. I had to open the door from the balcony in order balance the temperature of the room. The dinner was cold and dry. No dressing in the salad.

I have a lot of food allergies and travel is hard for me. I often have to bring my own food and cook in my room. I brought a list of my allergies, translated to Romanian, and the resort team took great care of me. The kitchen team was amazingly accommodating - even though I couldn't eat anything off the buffet because of my many allergies, and the possibility of cross contamination, Chef Hristo made sure I had a delicious plate of food meal at every meal that he and his team cook specially for me. Not many places have been this kind and accommodating. The resort is also beautiful, has a great spa - which also helped me feel healthier, and I was delighted with all the staff, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend a stay here for anyone looking for an idyllic lake-side stay with zero allergy concerns.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Although the room initially looked clean, it was full of stink bugs, and behind the curtains there were dozens of dead ladybugs. The bathroom had cobwebs, and the balcony door didn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. Such issues are unacceptable for a hotel of this class and seriously diminish the overall impression. I expected much higher standards from the Hyatt Regency brand.

A peaceful and quiet place where you can easily forget that you are 60 km from the center of the capital, I highly recommend it for nervous people :)
