The rooms smell stale.
Especially in the room called "kitchen".
There is also a toilet in which several air fresheners have been placed. Not air fresheners, but it needs cleaning! It smells like a public toilet.
It is presented that there is a tavern.
But the menu in the tavern is - sprat, eggs, steaks, kebabs, meatballs, french fries and tomato and cucumber salad. That's it!
The pools are dirty, they are not covered in the evening.
There is no staff - two people play the role of everything - lifeguard, maid, cook, waiter, receptionist, manager.... Receipts are not issued for consumption in the so-called tavern.
They are very fond of artificial flowers, grass, palm trees, pink flamingos...
The towels are changed and the room is cleaned - a plus, the only one unfortunately!
Not recommended for children under 10 years old!
If you visit the hotel, prepare a phone that you are supposed to shove into the child's hands so that it doesn't disturb the owner's peace.
We felt like we had entered someone else's home uninvited, not like we were on a vacation we were paying for.
I don't recommend it and I won't visit again.
After the review I left, the owner (maid, waiter, receptionist, bartender, chef, lifeguard - I still don't understand how many positions he combines in the time allowed by law for a person to perform work....) of the hotel took the liberty of personally condemning me for my review!
Absolutely rustic behavior!
Please, the lady who plays all the roles there with him, teach him literacy, not to write Orina!!!
She still explained that she was a teacher of English in upper grades....

Most of the showed facilities weren't available at all. There was no spa or gym, however there was an abundance of bugs in the rooms. We found at least 10 dead bugs in our room some of my friends had the same issue. The door of some of the rooms did not close. The layout of the place was not well thought through as in order to go to the common area you had to go outside twice and the shared area was extremely cold. Hot water in all sinks and the shower were a rare citing. The prices are absolutely unreasonable for what you are getting. Just don't waste your time going there.

Never again. Noisy and hot, cramped, dirty and cramped toilet, you can barely get through to sit on the toilet. Music is played all day and there is no rest. Last night it was stopped at 00.30. You can't close the door because there is no air conditioning and windows. The worst vacation.

The staff is quite friendly, in general we had quite high expectations after check-in. Unfortunately, we are quite disappointed. At a price of BGN 118 per night for a room of 4 square meters there are 4 beds and obviously this should be enough for 3 adults, no refrigerators, no air conditioning, no mosquito nets. Yes, it's a mountain, but in the summer heat you have no option but to open a window, a door or an air conditioner to turn on so you can sleep. We are for 2 nights - the first day we had hot water, the second day we had no hot water. I really don't understand exactly why they want so much money for me per night - obviously this is the price for the slide, because the room is certainly not for more than BGN 30 per night.
