The location is OK, the nature is wonderful, but everything is there. The young people who manage the hotel are kind and responsive, but they have no idea what they are doing. I don't mind the waiter, but he doesn't know why he's there. The food is not expensive, if you are hungry, go to the Old House restaurant in the town of Troyan and enjoy delicious food. Noia Winery's wine is great.

The place is great.. NOO The hotel is complete misery. Not to mention the toilets at the pool (the bins are not thrown away, let alone cleaned and disinfected), there is no lifeguard. In the restaurant we were served burnt food, raw rice, etc. The new tenant and his staff, which is 5 people, do not know where they are at all, the bar is not stocked, the coffee is very limited, the supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is absolutely disorganized. The water kept stopping because they are filling the pool. Too bad for the nice place

Dirt (rooms not cleaned, pool not maintained). The food is under all criticism! As I said, the rooms are not serviced by the “designated staff”…. The trash can can stay full for the entire stay, and still no one thinks to throw it away. For our entire stay at the hotel, we had to put envelopes on the bins that were purchased from us with our own funds and dispose of them ourselves. It's not that we are hardly "lazy". You pay for service - you should get it.

We were denied lunch, there was no one to prepare anything to eat. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! There were also families who left, they couldn't make it earlier. The staff is playing backgammon and the customers are waiting at the bar to order. Outsiders are allowed at the pool, and there is no room for hotel guests. The water is cloudy, it is not cleaned.
