3 star hotels in Khisarya

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

This is an older property, so the rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms but they are still clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful and had very good treatments. The indoor pool is a perfect 31 degrees for swimming and bobbing around. This is a family place so expect lots of kids unless you get there off season on a week day. We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

Very dissatisfied with breakfast first day buffet style lots of choice but hot buffet was stone cold sausages bacon eggs etc day 2 and 3 no buffet just a bit of paper with a few choices I opted for poached eggs and can't eat fried guess what they were fried again couldn't eat breakfast avoid restaurant staff on the 20/3/2024 were so rude and would not change my eggs on the 21/3/2024 I had massage it...

My family has stayed here for a second time in the last two years. I like this place a lot. Here comes a jacuzzi, pool, finish sauna, infrared sauna and some more things. It is included in the prize. The rooms are warm and clean. I can recommend this place to all

Highly recommend! This was probably one of the best spa hotels we’ve been this year. It has a decent size pool, 4 different types of sauna and a really nice outdoor hot-spring - all this was included in our room price, outside of that you could sing in for a few more relaxing activities. I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great

The best thing about this hotel was the great location. Other than that it needs renovation. Pillows and towels were stained and old. The bathroom was okay but the faucets and the tub glass were not cleaned well. Because of the cafe downstairs the rooms that overlook the park are noisy and the staff doesn't bother to ask their clients to be more respectful after 10pm. Overall, I would look for better...

The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. The staff is really nice. You should know that there is no option to pay with a card. There is no elevator. The spa is small, but very pleasant.

Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. You get bikes dir free ans you can use the indoor sauna and steam bath aswell. The restaurant offers very good food.

Very clean and comfortable. The food was really good. The spa center is small, but nice. The staff is kind and took really good care of us. I am impressed by the level of service, which was more than excellent.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was not great but enough. It lacks diversity. Staff was helpful. The pool was warm but if the hotel is full it will not be enough for everyone. Sauna and steam room are nicely done.

Rooms are big enough and clean. The location is great, near the park and not near other buildings. The swimming pool is very well organized and the room is ventilated, so humidity doesn't get unbearable as in other hotels with indoors spa, also suitable for little children. The breakfast is the biggest flaw, as it is comprised by the cheapest imitation of cheese, meat and vegetables you can imagine

Great spa centre with swimming pool with warm water, sauna and steam bath. Great room, clean, big and cosy with mineral water in bath. Very nice personal and the price was great. Very pleased with stay in the place.

The hotel is next to the central park and the most of the popular destinations. The staff are really kind. Nice food and facilities.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool. You have parking, but if you come afrer 15h it is hard to find place to park, because lot of locals come here for a spa, and park there too. Food is very good, and breakfast is very welthy...

We were here a week ago and booked another stay in a week's time. This stay coincided with English Open Snooker and I am crazy about snooker. I could not believe it when I was told Eurosport is not available on TV in the hotel. Then it appeared that there are only about 10 programs on TV, of which one was sport, but all others that I like e.g.National Geographic, Viasat History, History Channel, Viasat...

The room decoration is old and outdated, our toilet door would not close. Breakfast was not the best. Facilities are really good.

Visit Hissar If you planning to visit hissar, please do so, this is the hotel you should stay! Definitely worth!!! The spa, the room, restaurant everything was perfect of course the staff!!!

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

Really nice and clean hotel. The kitchen is very good and the staff is really helpful and nice. The massages we booked were perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. We believed that the airco filters in the room weren't cleaned and the mini bar too noisy.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

Kind of OK, but they could have been more polite, and the rooms need renovation. The breakfast was kind of limited, as well.
