Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool. You have parking, but if you come afrer 15h it is hard to find place to park, because lot of locals come here for a spa, and park there too. Food is very good, and breakfast is very welthy...

We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. Everything is great and comfortable in the room, clean bathroom, nice bed, tv and climate control. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is excellent. Name it and it is available in the buffet for breakfast. And the staff are really friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed breakfast at Holiday Inn, highly recommended, and the staff who working there was absolutely professional, always tidying up and making sure everyone's well looked after.

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. I don't know what it's like in a 5 star hotel, but I think this is the best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at considering all aspects of comfort. Cleanliness in the smallest detail, everything is checked and rearranged.
