Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool. The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. Everything is great and comfortable in the room, clean bathroom, nice bed, tv and climate control. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is excellent. Name it and it is available in the buffet for breakfast. And the staff are really friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed breakfast at Holiday Inn, highly recommended, and the staff who working there was absolutely professional, always tidying up and making sure everyone's well looked after.

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

You can watch the sunset over all of Plovdiv and its unique view.

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

Nice friendly staff. The attached pool is lovely although the music is very loud,so not good if you fancy an afternoon nap.

The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly.The restaurant serves semi-finished products.
