The breakfast is ok, normal assortment for hotel .The balcony furniture was awful- dirty old and not clean from centuries! About the reception- they try to cheat with prics of the rooms - if you book it directly with the hotel reservatios, not from booking or agoda website. So in general I don’t recommend this hotel to you normal people
The outdoor pool was still closed, ok, the outdoor hot water jacuzzi was working but it's really, really small for a hotel of this size and the use not organized so it's comfortable and available to everyone. The indoor relax-room was cold, no heating, music, service, nothing relaxing. The saunas, infrared, himalayan salt, cold shower - all good. The indoor pool area was too cold also, windows on the roof open. Everything needs serious maintenance.
Restaurant was good, proper service, good food, not too expensive. Breakfast was satisfactory as well just don't try the orange juice (orange water or something) and careful with the coffee machine - shoots coffee in strange directions.
Rooms. I booked a queen bed, confirmed, all good. Two days after (on Sunday) they send me a message that such rooms was no longer available and that only two separate beds were possible. Of course I told them this is ridiculous and unacceptable so somehow they found me a room with queen bed - actually two beds put together with an extra queen mattress on top... interesting but not very comfortable. Not very clean, the most visible spaces - yes, other parts with layers of dirt, terraces chairs also dirty. I found different stuff under the furniture, from hair pins and Lego parts to pharmaceutical pills. Everything needs serious maintenance also.
