The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

The hotel feels like a trip back to the late 80s and early 90s. At arrival, we were greeted at the main entrance by a rather unfriendly staff member, and the interior decor hasn’t changed much in decades. Our room was reasonably clean, but housekeeping was only every other day. For the price, we expected better upkeep. Breakfast and dinner were repetitive and offered little variety. With the hotel being quite busy, guests had to queue for 10–15 minutes to get food, often served on small salad plates due to a shortage of regular plates. The outdoor mineral pool was the highlight – spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was murky and uninviting. Overall, the hotel provides only basic conditions and does not offer good value for money.

This was very disappointing. The hotel is big, but we had coincidentally booked it when others were coming. The hotel staff was rude. At first telling us we can park out front to get our bags in the room, instead after about 30 seconds while doing just that another staff member said that we cannot - since a bus with Israeli guests was arriving - this was a yearly reoccurrence according to another member. I was also appalled by the lack of proper cleaning. Bath tubs were all green in some areas, a lot of the hotel was empty and everything was far. The area nearby is better since there was a park but, overall this stay was a complete disappointment- if it weren't for the people water - this would've been a huge waste of money. Overall 2/10 stars would be the max I would give this... Avoid

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable.
I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge fountains.

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place.
The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning.
It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable.
We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

It's a noisy out dated but clean hotel is. The aircon keeps you awake all night the rooms are like prison cells. The restaurant serves frozen sh1t but the breakfast is ok. The spar is our dated and too small for the amount of rooms. There are much better hotels for the same money. Oh breakfast was ok
