Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

This is not a 4-star hotel and hasn't been such for quite a while. It's barely a 2-star.
Everything is very old and smells of your grandma's house.
Everything is functioning in the room - but barely. The shower handle wouldn't stay in place. The refrigarator was maximum 15° and did not keep anything cool.
At the time of the visit (January), the outside pools were empty (except one). The one that had water in it was hot, but just parts of it were hot. The city has hot thermal springs, but apparently it's not enough to supply all the hotels in the region.

The food was AWEFUL. It's probably the worst food I've ever eaten in a hotel and i'm not just referring to "4-star" hotels.
Service in the restaurants was bad. There were queues for the food and the waiters had to be asked multiple times for the same things.

The "Panorama" restaurant too 50 minutes to get the order done from a "Lunch menu", although the restaurant was 1/2 full (tops). The food there was also quite bad.

The only positive for the food was that the vegetables were fresh and were good.

Spa was accetable.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day.
The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool.
You have parking, but if you come afrer 15h it is hard to find place to park, because lot of locals come here for a spa, and park there too.
Food is very good, and breakfast is very welthy.
Swimming pool ok, spa part is ok (and if you book deluxe room you can use separate spa center wich is in deluxe part of hotel). But even if you are deluxe, there is still no water in spa center so if you want to drink water you need to bring yours.

Disliked · The third bed in Delux double room for an adult is actually a pulled-out sofa, as you can see in the picture. For a deluxe room, this is unacceptable and very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room wasn’t cleaned very well, and you can clearly see dust on the TV cabinet, see our photo. We understant that we booked in Octoober, but still this is deluxe room.
Also, it is not mentioned on Booking that you need a swimming cap for the pool, and you have to purchase it additionally. However, when you get to the pool, people are not wearing the caps properly — their hair is sticking out everywhere, and if someone is bald, they don’t wear a cap at all.
It would be good to emphasize that the rule should be the same for everyone.
There is no drinking water available in the spa area, so anyone who wants to enjoy it needs to bring their own water. Also, the hallway layout is very confusing, so you have to figure out how to navigate the elevators and find your room.

Overall the combination of pros and cons of this hotel comes up to 3/5 for me. I won’t be uploading pictures of the rooms as there are plenty online.

In terms of cleanliness well there was a cockroach in our bathroom.

The hotel offers multiple services which didn’t work as expected. We had free Wi-Fi but upon connection nothing happened - no connection established, at least on the 3rd floor.

We had a pretty modern TV in our room which was limited to about 20 channels, which lagged (this is a first for me). The TV’s weren’t logged to their Samsung accounts so we couldn’t connect to pur personal Netflix or anything, which basically rendered the TVs useless.

In terms of the Deluxe Spa - really good rooms, however its located in a basement level with no air-conditioning. You go out of the Roman bath, dripping, sweating and outside it still feels humid and hot. Someone might actually get sick from that, so that’s a big no-no from me.

As for the pros:

Staff was very friendly, kudos to everyone.

The food was great, the block tables for breakfast and dinner were packed with various foods and beverages, they were delicious and definitely up to standard.

The parking was good and the location is also pretty nice.

The Panoramic restaurant was aggressively overpriced for the food it offered. A panoramic view of a few hills does not justify 20 bucks for eggs and bacon.

We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! I booked a deal with breakfast and evening meal thinking their would be some choice like a fixed menu with wine oh no it turned out to be a buffet with very little choice and not very good quality no wine just water, breakfast wasn’t much better. As for the spa facilities not sure how long ago they took the pictures must have been a while we moaned about the room and got moved to a much better room at least we got one good nights sleep, to expensive for what it is nice town though.

My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

Great place! Lots of pools of different sizes, depths and temperatures. Indoor and outdoor. Several children's pools. Although, the composition of the water is the same everywhere. For the sports pool you will need a cap, In other pools and jacuzzis it is not needed. Large relax areas with sun loungers at each pool and in the spa (this is on the floor above), there is a hammam, sauna, pool There is also a gym, but I did not specify the conditions of visiting If you decide to stay at the hotel, then on weekdays the cost is 140 lv. They include breakfast, free parking, spa for free. I came just to the spa, for one day, It costs 30 lv + 10 lv parking. However, you can leave your car outside the territory, there is 1 lv per hour. Take a robe and towels with you, or you need to pay separately (I did not specify how much it costs). The place is very nice! I recommend! And on the way back, get some mineral water, down in the park, which is opposite the pizzeria Toscana, it's also a wonderful place, I'll write about it separately now. Brilliant can’t fault a single thing , hotel was very busy we was here for New year , we stayed in the vice president suite , in a word , enormous , very well kept and clean , good room service even on New Year’s Day the cleaning ladies came round usual minibar supplied , stately carpets, traditional high quality furniture, fabulous king bed in both rooms , evening entertainment was very good too , and everything from traditional Bulgarian dancing to chalga , so there was something for everyone , pool beautiful and clean inside and out
