The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge fountains

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place

The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two

You have parking, but if you come afrer 15h it is hard to find place to park, because lot of locals come here for a spa, and park there too. Food is very good, and breakfast is very welthy

It would be good to emphasize that the rule should be the same for everyone. There is no drinking water available in the spa area, so anyone who wants to enjoy it needs to bring their own water

The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool

Disliked · The third bed in Delux double room for an adult is actually a pulled-out sofa, as you can see in the picture. For a deluxe room, this is unacceptable and very uncomfortable

Excellent boutique hotel with a great location in the heart of the historical Roman town. Rooms are OK and the spa center is nice. Restaurant is surprisingly good, so you got everything for a weekend stay.

Plus there are 3 saunas one is a steam bath. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included when you book your room. It was very good and the dining room is beautiful

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water

This is an older property, so the rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms but they are still clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful and had very good treatments

They are building a new wing so the outdoor pool is closed because of it. The restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was plentiful with lots of healthy options

It has a decent size pool, 4 different types of sauna and a really nice outdoor hot-spring - all this was included in our room price, outside of that you could sing in for a few more relaxing activities

The weekend we spent there was quite full (almost full parking lot), but I never felt like I had to wait for a given activity or for food or anything at all - the staff was very responsive and helpful

Best Hotel I know in Bulgaria!

This is an amazing hotel full of people that actually care about your well being! The food there is made out of fresh products and you could tell how much hard work was put into this place! The location is outstanding - near the entrance of the city

This hotel is a fantastic choice for visiting the charming town of Koprivshtitsa. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows that made for great sleep

Koprivshtitsa itself is a beautiful hidden gem in Bulgaria, and this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the Central National Balcan Park. I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Excellent well kept hotel next to Kaufland supermarket complex. Clean, quiet, spacious room. Gym well appointed. Lots of parking. Breakfast had good choices. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Everything is great and comfortable in the room, clean bathroom, nice bed, tv and climate control. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is excellent

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect

We really enjoyed breakfast at Holiday Inn, highly recommended, and the staff who working there was absolutely professional, always tidying up and making sure everyone's well looked after.

The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins

The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable - I had a really good night's sleep. There was satellite television provided in the room, although we did not use it that much

The biggest plus for me was the free parking located behind the hotel. For the price of the stay I really can't complain about anything - perfect to get some rest after walking around Plovdiv the whole day

Cozy little hotel, situated not too far away from the center of Plovdiv. Despite the cold weather the room was warm and the air conditioner was more than enough to heat it during our stay

There a gym but needs to be paid for. The breakfast is fantastic though and very very good service. There was a bad smell outside the hotel but that's the sewers not the hotel

I stayed here because of a conference at the University Paisii Hilendarski. Yes, it's outside of city centre, but there are buses that go quite often (bus station just a 3 min walk from the hotel)

The rooms are spatious, spotless and modern, and the staff helpful and friendly. Couldn't find a fault, it's really a good value for money!

This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital

Situated on a quiet outskirts side of the town, at just 10 minutes with a taxi. The personnel were very nice and helpful. They also have a decent restaurant, where you can get fair food

Unfortunately, în spite they have all the rooms equipped with smart tvs, the wireless network is very unstable, so you can not have a YouTube or Netflix normal experience! All in all, it was a very nice stay!

I was impressed when we were leaving that the hostess started a robot to clean the pool so that it would be prepared for the next guests. The breakfast was plentiful and very good (we ordered mekitsi)

The beds are clean and super comfortable, and each room has a TV, private bathroom and a terrace with a table, chairs and a dryer. The tavern is very cozy - free teas, coffee, spices and utensils are provided

The hostess was very kind, the corner by the pool very nice, there is a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, as well as tea. (something elementary that expensive hotels don't think of doing)

There are conditions for grilling both outside (on coal) and in the tavern itself (on electricity). Cats also live in the house - most are timid, but there is one who is extremely calm and funny

We liked it very much, we recommend it and we will definitely repeat it! (the pictures of the room that are uploaded were taken after we left the room, so it may look messy)

The pool has warm mineral water and is indoor, but in the summer it can also be open. The rooms have everything you need, including towels, shampoos and soaps

I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average

But the most important thing at a temperature of +39°C outside is a refrigerator and air conditioning, they are also there and work perfectly

Furniture is functional and clean but again will need to be replaced in the near future. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes which were replenished regularly

Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude

The restaurant operates with an a'la carte menu which is reasonably priced. 8 people in our party food and drinks cost around 160 lv (£70) Facilities were excellent pool area clean and well maintained

If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended

I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have to take care in the rooms, like noisy fan at the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling ( just a little breeze to our food and water)

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

Hotel Ego was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. Close to a lot, very clean, wonderful staff! We highly recommend booking with them- excellent value.

The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in

I have stayed at Hotel Evmolpia several times over the last few years, and every time I have been greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who immediately put us at ease and offered to tell us more about the city's sights and available experiences

Old world elegance in the air-conditioned rooms with generous modern ensuite bathrooms. Wine and cheese at 4:00pm, and a tasty breakfast included. We loved our stay at the Hotel Evmolpia and we loved Plovdiv

We had a large room for two with our own balcony, a spacious bathroom, and all the amenities we required. The available pillow menu for any and all of your pillow needs was a really thoughtful touch

Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Very close to the old town and the Kapana. The staff are friendly and helpful. It also has private parking spaces

Brilliant location on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes walk from the old town. The room is very clean and spacious with a very large walk in shower and the staff were very friendly.

The location is unbeatable—right on the main pedestrian street, just minutes away from the Old Town, the city center, the ancient Roman stadium, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants and shops

There is no breakfast available and this is the only reason why I am giving a value of "good" to this property and not "excellent". Staff were helpful, even if not too smiling

It is a 20-minute walk (more or less) from the railways station but it is flat so it is easy. The hotel is on the first and the second floor of the building, but there is no elevator

Villa Verbena is a great place to relax and laze around, enjoy the peace and quiet, and the good food and wine; bear in mind that there's not much to do, so a long stay could get boring unless you're a keen hiker
