They are simply amazing, restaurant, rooms, service , mostly staff, thanks a lot for Yordan he was like a tourist guide so generous explaining a lot of things! Not only about the lovely quiet city but about Bulgaria in General... Much appreciated 👍 they deserve 5 stars 🤩

Very nice location in the city garden. Big restaurant with delicious food. Just the rooms are modestly furnished.

The staff are rude and arrogant people. There were bugs in the room….The restaurant overcharged us on purpose. It was generally an absolute waste of time and money. Would not do it again.

I stayed in that hotel for a working mission in Razgrad. The place is clean, warm, the breakfast could have more (local) fruits but is ok. The restaurant serves very good food.
