It is very expensive at €100 for a double room. The room is old, the window doesn't open, and there is no terrace; this is not 4 stars. The reception service is terrible and rude. In the dining room, there isn't enough food for breakfast—if you arrive at or after 9:00 AM, there is almost nothing left. They frequently shut off the water in the rooms. I felt cheated; I hoped for 4 stars but received less than 1. Write honestly about the hotel and do not mislead people.

This place was a big disappointment for us. We specifically booked this hotel because websites propose it when you select "parking" as a filter. However, there are just a few spots in front of the hotel. The only one available was dangerously close to another car.
They offered us a spot in the hotel's garage, which is actually more of a storage space. I uploaded a photo of the only spot available: right next to a gazillion chairs stacked one on top of another, looking as if they were ready to come crashing down.
The hotel's restaurant is a very nice place. However, the menu was quite restrictive in the evening. Furthermore, the waitress who took our order did not know a single word in English and messed up big time!
There was a concert of a local artist in the restaurant, so the music was very loud until a few minutes after midnight. We could hear it from the second floor as if it was right outside our door.
Other than that, the suite we booked was fine, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, too, with lots of options to choose from. The location is perfect.
Just keep in mind that this place is NOT what it advertises to be!

Nice location, parking on the street, free of charge.
Rooms are nice, bathroom is not well sound proofed, I was hearing my neighbor when both were in.
Nice restaurant, I have had some good sweets at the waitress recommendation.

We are a family of four and were traveling to Ruse for a family matter. Initially, we hadn’t planned to stay overnight, but due to a change in plans, we needed to book a room for the same day. One hotel had already declined our request, stating they were fully booked for the weekend. We then searched for nearby alternatives and came across Cosmopolitan Hotel & Wellness. We called to check availability, and a very friendly receptionist invited us to come over. Upon arrival, we found convenient parking right in front of the hotel. The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful and kind. Although she could have booked a more expensive room, she genuinely considered our comfort and explained that the air conditioning in that particular room might not be sufficient given the outside temperatures. She carefully went over all options with us, and we ended up booking a lovely room that was perfect for our family, including our two young children. Shortly after, another friendly staff member promptly arrived to set up the extra bed and ensure we had everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the city center, restaurants, parks, and various attractions. We highly recommend Cosmopolitan Hotel & Wellness and would gladly stay there again.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Staff are extremely helpful in every aspect. It helps that they are bilingual as my Bulgarian is minimal 😢. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling for business or travel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
