Hotel Riviera in Ravda

We visited the hotel as two couples, one with a small child. We had made a prior arrangement for a studio and a double room in a renovated part of the hotel, on the 2nd and 3rd floors respectively. In the photos they sent us before booking, the conditions looked completely different from reality. Upon arrival, we found that the double room had not been renovated, and the studio turned out to be a narrow room with a small corridor in which there was a sink and a cupboard. The bathroom was extremely small, the cleanliness was at a very low level, and the rooms smelled unpleasant. None of the rooms matched what was shown and promised. Even though we had paid a deposit in advance, they refused to return it to us, even though the terms of the arrangement had not been met. We were definitely disappointed and would not recommend the hotel.

I do not recommend 😡! They enter the rooms only to turn off the air conditioner, they do not clean the rooms, only the corridor! The toilet tank fills up every 2 minutes all night. The parking lot is a meadow. No conditions for rest for this price. Rude attitude after they took the money. There is no elevator. The owner behaves rudely, when you ask her something she frowns or does not answer. A complete tragedy!
