Everything's nice to the most part. My problem is that the floors in the rooms are all carpeted so dust kicks up everywhere when you walk, it doesn't feel clean.

Hotel looks ugly from outside, looks as if it's been designed by an architect from the communist era. We used the swimming pool, kids staying in the hotel were running amok jumping and splashing everyone with water. The guy who was collecting the entrance fee lost interest in doing anything right after he got our money. Parasols we flying around he was just busy with his phone. Customer service - nill.

Large and modern room (studio), however very dirty with a lot of leftovers from past visitors (somehow missed by the cleaning ladies). Overall, not recommendable.

Very bad behavior of the receptionist, when I entered inside the hotel there was absolutely nobody and I wanted just to ask for a coffee, so the receptionist looked like I disturb him somehow. Finally, after I had my coffee on the terrace (as I wanted to smoke) the stuff had been locked the door to get back into the hotel and hopefully I saw the stairs through I went out... Never ever will not step in there!!!
