The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well).
Everything is close by.
Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive.
Recommended.
Parking is in an open spot on a central pedestrian street, so the car is not protected, and cleanliness could be slightly improved (some spilled coffee near the air conditioner wasn’t cleaned).
Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back!

The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.
Otherwise, the location is good, we did have an apartment, and the view of the sea was nice. It was clean.
Upon checking out, I overheard another guest complaining about the parking situation. I guess, this is so common that the staff just shrugs off the complaints. It’s more than annoying, it’s a great inconvenience for the guests and the management has to figure out a solution. This to me is a reason not to stay at this hotel, or to recommend it.
