The hotel is amazing for its price range, the staff is very friendly, the food is also pretty good. Rooms are also well maintained and cleaned daily on request. The beach is not the best, but close by you have multiple very nice beaches on a 10 minute drive. You can take 9/109/409 to the Center.

Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel.. it has beaches nearby, it seems like a generally good placement for a hotel. The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

It’s a hotel that looks like an Italian piazza, it opened a few months ago, I like how close it is to the seaside. It has many shops on the first floor, big variety of choices. They are going to open many restaurants next season!

perfect location for Dentaprime (10 minute walk) or Beach (3 minute walk), very clean and pretty new (max 3 years old), with a couple of small botiques, snack stores and restaurants Rooms new, clean and well equiped, even with Airconditioning, which isn't even mentioned on their web site. Great place for low budget vacation. Food acceptable however sometimes they cannot keep up with feeling shortcomings. Car park is not big enough to store all customers. Clean rooms and swimming pool. It's nice, there are 2 bars, one in the restaurant and one by the pool. The rooms aren't too bad and the food is acceptable. If you go with all inclusive you can have many drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic for no money. As far as I'm aware it's also safe for kids.

A really decent hotel with all you can expect for 3 ⭐. A 10 minute walk to the beach, which, like the hotel, is pleasant though not exciting.

A lovely and cozy hotel, just a short walk from the beach. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and the location makes it perfect for a seaside holiday in St. Constantine and Helena. Highly recommended!

The staff very friendly. The food great. The room big and clean. The nearest beach is 6-7 minutes apart. The pool was great. Very quiet place even in the full season. The breakfast could be improved. For us a was a very surprising discover in a good way. I think we will come again in the next years. The best value for money option in this town.

Lovely quaint traditional Bulgarian well priced hotel close to the centre of St Constantine Elena which is a 30 min taxi from the airport. We had a lovely size room and breakfast was included. Beach 10 min walk. We also had lunch here one day and it’s modest in comparison to some of the beach bar restaurants

This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.

I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Looks like a nice hotel but I only used the mineral water pool and jacuzzi for my body pains. It was wonderful and relaxing. Went many times just for that.

Our 1st visit here & its outstanding.. Service was fantastic, food also fantastic so would recommend highly. Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it. Repetitive breakfast. Friendly staff. We were on a holiday in hotel Yo three years ago in 2018. After the new owners are in place the hotel looks a lot better. At the last minute (literally from today to tomorrow) I had to find a place to stay in the area for my parents. They were extremely satisfied with both the house and the hostess. They even booked a few nights for the next month. I highly recommend it ☺️

They are the friendliest and most welcoming people we have met in Bulgaria. The hotel is of impeccable quality. We feel that the hostess is a very courageous lady. Besides, we invited them to our home in France. There is even a small swimming pool.
