Hotels on first line in Saints Constantine and Helena

The hotel is very nice and modern. The room is very spacious and the design is very nice. The pools are clean and well maintained. Problems arise when it comes to the restaurant

I booked a room with a sea view, but they gave me a room with a side sea view, not a direct one 🫤

The Ensana Aquahouse is three years old. It has numerous pools with varying temperatures, both indoors and in the garden outside. The Cactus Beach restaurant is located on the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Ensana Aquahouse this summer. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located by the sea, with great facilities for families with children

What impressed us the most, however, was the attitude of the team. During our summer stay, we raised a concern, and the management took the time to listen, clarify, and handle everything in a very constructive way

This gave us great confidence in their professionalism and care for guests. That is why, when we wanted to return for a short break we did not hesitate to choose Aquahouse again. We felt even more welcome this time

The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks

Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could. only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach

I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts

The hotel is very centrally located, right on the seafront. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean.

First I was upset, thinking that the smell will come into the room but no, it was ok. The room was amazing, front sea view, 2 balconies. It is amazing to sleep in the night and to hear the sound of the waves

One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere

We had the Seaview room on the top floor and it was stunning. Room was quite spacious, plenty of storage, everything was clean. Lovely bathroom, all your kits provided

Indeed great food, very convenient rooms, private beach+ aqua house use+ nice hotel pools: what else is required for excellent vacation? Ah, yes, the location- the drive to airport/malls is indeed short

A very nice hotel with great location. Thermal pools are great , there is also an outdoor pool. The hotel is in a quite place. Clean and tidy , Breakfast is good with nany choices

Our stay was fabulous and faultless i can't recommend this hotel enough. we both enjoyed our stay tremendously. The facilities were fabulous can't wait to return. friendliness and professionalism are perfection

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc

Excellent hotel. Excellent location in the resort. Fully corresponds to its category. The room is very large. Very clean rooms. The price fully corresponds to the quality. I recommend it

There is also a massage room at the hotel (massage is for additional payment) and the masseur - Saro - did a wonderful job over just 3 sessions! But most of all I enjoyed the pool with the mineral water by the hotel! Unfortunately we did not meet anyone else from Belarus or Ukraine there, but - on the other hand - my child got exposed to so many new cultures and languages (11 all in all!)

Rare combination of SPA, mneral water and beachfront location. Food delicious and Ukrainian staff was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Relaxed holiday, highly recommend

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools

A big luxurious hotel just on a beautiful beach with golden sands. It so situated next to a spring with hot mineral water. There are a warm inside pool with mineral water and an outside small pool with hot water

The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice

Although the hotel is old, if small minuses are removed, it will not be a problem at all (remove mold near the shower, fix the toilet drain in the toilet by the pool, doors that do not close well, cobwebs from the windows, the cooking area is outside, wash the floor on the stairs in the upper restaurant, fix or change sunbeds)

Overall I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, it is located in a green area, one pool was warm (as I understood they change the water once a week, pour warm water and by the end of the week it is no longer so warm)

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table

Guests are mostly from Europe and Ukraine. There a lot of children rest in the hotel, but guests (as well as their parents) smoked a lot (next to the pool and open restraunt) unfortunately seems it is allowed

BUT water leaks from the shower in the bathroom and because of this there was always water in the sink and toilet area (the cleaning lady solved the problem by  giving an extra old towel)

The only thing is, on the last day the butter ran out, which is a must-have for breakfast)) There was almost no black tea, but you can get by. Drinks, juice, beer, wine were all there

Everything you need for a seaside vacation, peace and quiet. Excellent food, delicious Bulgarian food, something new every day: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, juices, cheeses and sausages + sweets

Cons - Absolutely notholaena of the road territory, practically no flowers in the yard, the withered grass without watering,the staff was not informed about the own beach from the hotel and the possibility to borrow beach towels,the Bartenders took food with his hands after the money

Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel

Very good service, the food was limited, but I liked it. The hotel is near a Lidl, if you need something, 8 minutes to the public beach, near Astor Garden Hotel

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price

The staff is very polite and nice, food is quite good and plenty. I don't have any reason to complain, I had a nice time here with my wife and kids

They have a mineral water swimming pool outside and a spa centre indoors, which is also fantastic. I would like to say massive thank you to all the team and can I honestly say that I will be back soon

A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind

Also, the pizza at the beach restaurant was incredible! 🍕 I recommend the Capricciosa, but keep in mind the restaurant closes at 6:00 PM, so don’t miss it

I gave 4 star for the beach, the outside garden, and the exterior pools! It was a nuce experience after all!

The room's air-conditioning only blew cold air. The beach was crawling with flocks of little biting mosquitoes that were impossible to stand. Other than that everything else was OK. The room was clean and tidy 2

Not been since the recent refurb but stayed/dined and used the facilities here 4 years in a row. Great location in one of the oldest resorts in Bulgaria.

Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold

The bathroom's condition was kind of poor. - The bathroom had no ventilation - No soap or shampoo were provided - The lack of ventilation had caused all metal parts in the bathroom to start catching rust 2

Very old hotel, with old furniture. Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. Not too excited about it though

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style

A really decent hotel with all you can expect for 3 ⭐. A 10 minute walk to the beach, which, like the hotel, is pleasant though not exciting.

- very good location among cypress trees, conifers and other trees - 5 mins walking to the huge and clear Kabakum beach - spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities and a large balcony - exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff - good breakfasts and restaurant a la cart menu - a lot of additional facilities like a pool, bar, billiard, ping pong etc

We had a great 14 days-stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our spacious room with a sea view was spotless upon our arrival and provided excellent comfort

The service in the restaurant was also excellent, and all public areas were kept clean at all times. The only criticism I would have is that the food is of average quality

Clean, good food, pool (for this area is a good thing) we are staying here and for beach we are going to Golden Sand , there is alout of places (clubs,bars) and is more clean than here (of this area)

The botanical garden is actually very lovely and so welcome because it keeps everything cooler than in town. Don’t count on the playground, it’s a relic from the 80’s, but we had no expectations there so all is well

This hotel is so underrated on booking and on google, and I don’t really understand why. I was terrified of going with my toddler, because of these reviews, and they are totally unfounded

We ended up driving downtown anyway to the promenade beach which is way smoother to enter the water, and the sand is smoother as well, also less waves than in other parts at the same moment in time, probably because it’s the most protected (by the two piers to the left and right)

I very much appreciated the fact that right at check-in they were honest about their beach, the hotel’s beach, and said theirs is terrible and very small (true) and we are welcome to use the next door hotel’s beach (Cabacum)

Half-board - I don’t necessarily recommend, for one because “buffet” means you can’t pick your own piece of food but instead get served whatever the servers want (who don’t speak a word of English or any other language), and secondly because it’s not varied, or very little so, some mornings the omelette was raw, with raw yolk flowing freely all around, the menemen they had one morning had completely...

The bathroom - was pristine, and I am really particular about bathrooms in hotels. Parking space - There are more than enough parking spaces on the premises

Hotel directly on the coast line. Beach in front of the house is public but provides umbrellas and beach lies. Current price for an umbrella is 5 lv per day. Beach is watched by lifeguards

Beach Bar is lovely and you can get there all you want. Parking is difficult (almost no space)

Nice little beach mostly visited by the locals. It is not so easy to find/get there. Parking is available for free as well as paid. There are toilets, changing rooms and chaise long available for rent

A small bar is also available for ice cream and other refreshments. The life guards were very attentative for everyone's safety

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area

After having breakfast we took out coffee and juice out of the dining room and had it by the pool laying in the beach chairs and it was very nice to do so. Lots of green plants, fresh morning air and splashing water

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool

A great hotel! For a family with a child, this is a great option: a large double bed and a fold-out sofa for the child. The room is divided into separate areas, so the child sleeps separately

We were on a holiday in hotel Yo three years ago in 2018. After the new owners are in place the hotel looks a lot better. Friendly staff, clean, close to the beach, fresh food and new menu, quiet and cosy
