A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind. This is q beautiful classical hotel right in the center of towns. The room was very big - 30 square meters - and comfortable. But it was outdated and somewhat shabby. The hallway was dark. The breakfast was adequate but there could have been more choices. The staff was friendly.

Gorgeous place. I mean really stunning and historic. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the AC/heat worked really well. Amenities galore Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and just fantastic to be around. I don’t just recommend this place, I hope I get to stay again!

The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

Very nice hotel with perfect position. Two times this year, and we will repeat later in the year for sure. Big park view from the room and 200 m. from the sea for other site. Warm mineral water inside and outside. Quiet place, but near the centre, good for young and old families.

Good hotel to stay The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04.05.24 We also had 2 sunny days. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table. Accommodation in H Palas, on the 1st floor, all large rooms, new furnitshed.

A good hotel which was close to a couple of supermarkets, nearby restaurants and easy walk to bus stops.

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna. It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach.

Restaurant is closed and only serves breakfast, they're out of Coke they said - probably comes back when the season kicks off again. Staff's enthusiasm to work there hopefully will return also. Otherwise the place has a lot of potential.

My 6th time at this hotel and the owner was very nice, i requested a higher floor room and they give it to me. Great view and great prices. Breakfast was ok but it could be a bit better 😁 They used to have minibar but not anymore for some reason, so I just bought myself drinks and store them in the mini fridge. Nice hotel, but run down. I chose a studio, and the room was actually very nice, but with a serious flaw: the air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot at night. The power even went out several times.

I made a booking 2 days before we arrived. The hotel is not modern, but is vey good for this price. I used the hotel with breakfast and diner. Breakfast is OK! A very pleasant place to be. Everything was perfect, the soft music by the pool, the staff, the huuuge apartment, the location, the parking, the nature. We loved our vacation here.

Great hotel! Luxury rooms, very polite and friendly staff, huge swimming pool and great location! They cleaned the room every day and provided new towels. The reception staff helped me with everything I asked for. Food was exceptional! Can’t wait to visit Romance Splendid again!
