I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding. You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive

The Karaoke Bar attached to the Hotel is exceptional. Great entertainment via David and THE BEST WAITRESS IN BULGARIA, Blagovesta. Intially called in by chance and thereafter went there every night

This gave us great confidence in their professionalism and care for guests. That is why, when we wanted to return for a short break we did not hesitate to choose Aquahouse again. We felt even more welcome this time

We had a wonderful stay at Ensana Aquahouse this summer. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located by the sea, with great facilities for families with children

Plenty of choices at breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. Taking one star away for the pool restaurant. We had lunch there one day, and I was served undercooked chicken

The soft drinks were not quite to my taste, but they were okay. I had no trouble finding a parking spot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very big, and the mattress was much better than at many other hotels

And sure the staff-all staff guys are very friendly at the hotel. This is the complete picture. They said they "probably best hotel at black sea shore"- "probably" can be omitted from my point of view

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Definitely will visit again! I didn't use the restaurant, but I've hearted the food was very delicious

Location and the prices were good but unfortunately the food was horrible..

I ordered apartment and the first night with ants , stuffy single room with two children, still we were not able to ruin the whole vacation - termalniy pool, Park, porch in the shade , a magnificent sandy beach left a great impression

Food: wine red-poison, beer is tolerable, different, but not for 4ki I liked the ice cream cakes. The selection is large,but the quality is not very good. A lot of people coming to the thermal pools - the Amateur

The building is not so new and fancy, but the rooms are big, there is a balcon in each room, the staff is nice, the food is so-so, but is good to eat. Wi-fi is not good, and the hottel is not in first line

But the bartender brews the most disgusting coffee in the whole of Bulgaria. As if it was boiled and placed once cooked. And there is this wonderful Cup,you can never have too much 3 Lev 50 of statins

Room service was excellent; towels and bed sheets were changed on a regular basis, and the ladies cleaned properly, unlike in other Bulgarian hotels. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing

On top of that, they organise birthday parties for people outside the hotel, and kids from the neighbouring lyceum use the hotel’s pool on specific days as well

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We were given a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-maintained and comfortable

The ladies working in the restaurant did an outstanding job with a smile. During our stay, the hotel accommodated a large group of kids (3 buses). As you can imagine, this situation took away our relaxation time

The dishes were simple but very tasty. They also baked their own cakes and biscuits. Every time there were fruits and varied salads. Ice cream served in the afternoon was also of high quality

However, this hotel has visible mould issues, and we occasionally noticed an unpleasant mould stench in our room

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

The staff is very polite and nice, food is quite good and plenty. I don't have any reason to complain, I had a nice time here with my wife and kids

There is pool and spa, everything well maintained and clean. And the price was also very good and breakfast included. Definitely we will visit the place again

Great hotel! Luxury rooms, very polite and friendly staff, huge swimming pool and great location! They cleaned the room every day and provided new towels. The reception staff helped me with everything I asked for

Place has a swimming pool, you can stay in the hotel or in apartment you can also order food at the restaurant. Also there is a supermarket 2 min walk. Everything is on your doorstep

Our favourite place and 2nd visit we returned to this place. We love it everything is spacious, we hired bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, it has a lift and it's convenient, nearby free parking also available

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools

A big luxurious hotel just on a beautiful beach with golden sands. It so situated next to a spring with hot mineral water. There are a warm inside pool with mineral water and an outside small pool with hot water

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

Nu am plecat cu așteptări foarte mari dar am fost placut impresioanata! Check in ul s-a făcut la ora 14 exact cum a fost menționat in rezervare si chiar dacă am ajuns mai devreme, ne a fost permis accesul la piscina! Personalul foarte amabil, condiții bune la un preț avantajos

Quiet hotel, with friendly personnel. Good food for breakfast, free air conditioning and really clean bathroom. Parking is a little small but usually accommodates all the guests cars.

Good value for the money, good breakfast, nice staff, but some aspects of cleaninglines should be done better. There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Really neat hotel a few spiders but other wise a nice 1 40 pool for big people and 70 cm for the little ones reception really kind will let you invite up to 7 people to the pool for a few hours

And the food is moddle for me but yeah so i rate 4 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟
