A great experience! The pools are fantastic and all the place is wonderful designed, a lot of trees and flowers that relax your eyes while you enjoy the water

Also, while you are at the pool, you can also enjoy the sea view. The facilities are also an important aspect and the resort provide quality services. The rooms are big and beautiful, everything is clean and fresh

What impressed us the most, however, was the attitude of the team. During our summer stay, we raised a concern, and the management took the time to listen, clarify, and handle everything in a very constructive way

Excellent, the environment and hygiene are very good. There are 4 indoor pools and 2 outdoor hot pools. The mineral spring pool is beautiful and comfortable, and the outdoor sulfur pool is very warm in winter

The heated outdoor pools are fantastic – very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The pool with the slide was a big hit with the kids, a great touch for families

The wellness area also stands out, offering a wide variety of saunas – all well-designed and fully functional. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible

The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks

Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could. only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach

I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts

One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is very centrally located, right on the seafront. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Our room was located on 2nd floor, so no elevator issues. For a family of 4, the room size is sufficient

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc

A very nice hotel with great location. Thermal pools are great , there is also an outdoor pool. The hotel is in a quite place. Clean and tidy , Breakfast is good with nany choices

Plenty of choices at breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. Taking one star away for the pool restaurant. We had lunch there one day, and I was served undercooked chicken

from the beginning on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who attended to our needs. she looked after our requirements so efficiently

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools

The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice

A big luxurious hotel just on a beautiful beach with golden sands. It so situated next to a spring with hot mineral water. There are a warm inside pool with mineral water and an outside small pool with hot water

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

Although the hotel is old, if small minuses are removed, it will not be a problem at all (remove mold near the shower, fix the toilet drain in the toilet by the pool, doors that do not close well, cobwebs from the windows, the cooking area is outside, wash the floor on the stairs in the upper restaurant, fix or change sunbeds)

Overall I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, it is located in a green area, one pool was warm (as I understood they change the water once a week, pour warm water and by the end of the week it is no longer so warm)

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table

Guests are mostly from Europe and Ukraine. There a lot of children rest in the hotel, but guests (as well as their parents) smoked a lot (next to the pool and open restraunt) unfortunately seems it is allowed

BUT water leaks from the shower in the bathroom and because of this there was always water in the sink and toilet area (the cleaning lady solved the problem by  giving an extra old towel)

The only thing is, on the last day the butter ran out, which is a must-have for breakfast)) There was almost no black tea, but you can get by. Drinks, juice, beer, wine were all there

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

It's great for its price 3 star hotel great food little far from the beach no bad words

The staff is very polite and nice, food is quite good and plenty. I don't have any reason to complain, I had a nice time here with my wife and kids

It's quite good place to Spend with family😀

Spacious room, spectacular view, warm welcome, very nice SPA center and swimming pool with hot mineral water. Conference hall and options for a nice coffee break. You can easily visit the city of Varna during your stay

They have a mineral water swimming pool outside and a spa centre indoors, which is also fantastic. I would like to say massive thank you to all the team and can I honestly say that I will be back soon

Not only is the overall atmosphere nice but especially the pools and sauna overlooking g the sea make you feel truly relaxed. The outdoor pool wiyh mineral water was nice in the cold weather

I have been here before and I had excellent time, so I decided to return. Although I was on my own, I didn’t feel alone , everybody was very welcome and I always had somebody that I can have a chat with

I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding. You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive

The rooms are spacious and comfortable (they also tend to be quite warm) with well stocked bathrooms. We had a reservation with breakfast and dinner included and the variety of food was truly amazing

I gave 4 star for the beach, the outside garden, and the exterior pools! It was a nuce experience after all!

Not been since the recent refurb but stayed/dined and used the facilities here 4 years in a row. Great location in one of the oldest resorts in Bulgaria.

Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold

The room's air-conditioning only blew cold air. The beach was crawling with flocks of little biting mosquitoes that were impossible to stand. Other than that everything else was OK. The room was clean and tidy 2

The bathroom's condition was kind of poor. - The bathroom had no ventilation - No soap or shampoo were provided - The lack of ventilation had caused all metal parts in the bathroom to start catching rust 2

Very old hotel, with old furniture. Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. Not too excited about it though

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Nithing to object, and also the swimming pool is very nice, for kids also with different depths. What i didn't liked was the food. The hosts and tge staff very friendly

Cannot say anything about the TV: we never turned it on. Our kids wanted to watch some cartoons once, but we used our laptop (i always forget to bring a HDMI cable). For me the water was too cold, but the kids liked it

Anyway we entered the room only to sleep, so not a big issue. The cleaning while staying there wasn't that great. It was annoying a little bit that we took some sand inside on us

Recommended for families, not for young and restless people searching for parries, syreet food etc. Initially the room was absolutely clean, the air conditioning was functional

What was annoying: the outer unit is on the wal looking to the next neighbour's balcony, so when the other neighbour used the air conditioner, our balcony was noisy and hot

Me personally felt a strange smell/taste on the green olives, one kind of cheese ant bread what I didn't like, but other's had no issue with them

At least we could drink it all day from 11:00 to 22:00 (if we wouldn't go to the beach) without getting drunk and/or sick the next day

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Definitely will visit again! I didn't use the restaurant, but I've hearted the food was very delicious

Location and the prices were good but unfortunately the food was horrible..

However, the number of sunbeds is limited, and people “reserve” them as early as 7 AM (some even during the night) by placing their towels on them — something that didn’t seem quite fair to us

Some guests would leave their towels on a sunbed and then go to the beach for hours, just to make sure they’d have a spot by the pool when they returned

The toilet itself was very unstable and squeaked from every angle, and the hairdryer was just as small and old, with almost no drying power. 📍The balcony was okay, but there was no drying rack for towels

Personally, I think there should have been an extra towel or bath mat to step on when coming out of the bathroom, which was always wet after even a short shower

While there were a decent number of options, most dishes were bland — and I really want to emphasize just how flavorless they were. A lot of the food seemed to be frozen, deep-fried, and overly greasy

Everything you need for a seaside vacation, peace and quiet. Excellent food, delicious Bulgarian food, something new every day: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, juices, cheeses and sausages + sweets

Cons - Absolutely notholaena of the road territory, practically no flowers in the yard, the withered grass without watering,the staff was not informed about the own beach from the hotel and the possibility to borrow beach towels,the Bartenders took food with his hands after the money

Very stylish hotel, where we have seen sun rise and moon rise from the sea, great pool.

The room was very clean and tidy but we were not happy without a kettle to be able to make a hot drink when we needed it amd the fact that the dining room or rather chilling out area was close around 10pm didnt help at all

A little bit difficult to find but what a treasure once you get to it. the staff very helpful, the hotel very clean although we could smell a heavy smell of something off once we were in tge corridors to the room

The sound of the waves give such an exotic vibe in the room. If they would have more stuff that makes your stay nicer like conditioner moisturiser some forks and spoons would be amazing

Breakfast was ok but it could be a bit better 😁 They used to have minibar but not anymore for some reason, so I just bought myself drinks and store them in the mini fridge

The room - it was cleaned every day, towels changed as well, toilet paper and toiletries were more than enough

The botanical garden is actually very lovely and so welcome because it keeps everything cooler than in town. Don’t count on the playground, it’s a relic from the 80’s, but we had no expectations there so all is well

This hotel is so underrated on booking and on google, and I don’t really understand why. I was terrified of going with my toddler, because of these reviews, and they are totally unfounded

The bathroom - was pristine, and I am really particular about bathrooms in hotels. Parking space - There are more than enough parking spaces on the premises

The hotel pool is nice, water is super clean and there are always enough sun beds and umbrellas to go around. There is a kiddie pool part, which our toddler loved

Hotel directly on the coast line. Beach in front of the house is public but provides umbrellas and beach lies. Current price for an umbrella is 5 lv per day. Beach is watched by lifeguards

Beach Bar is lovely and you can get there all you want. Parking is difficult (almost no space)

Nice little beach mostly visited by the locals. It is not so easy to find/get there. Parking is available for free as well as paid. There are toilets, changing rooms and chaise long available for rent

A small bar is also available for ice cream and other refreshments. The life guards were very attentative for everyone's safety

I was there at the beginning of June 2023 and I was afraid that the water in the pool and sea would be cold. The water was great, about 20-23 degrees. The pool is cleaned every morning, large, pleasant to swim in

I made a booking 2 days before we arrived. The hotel is not modern, but is vey good for this price. I used the hotel with breakfast and diner. Breakfast is OK! There is salami, some fruits, cheese and cereals

Hotel has open pool on the territory, where we enjoyed swimming with roses' petals on the water. Koral hotel is also pet-friendly

The diner is much more than I expected! There are at least 2 type of meat - normally chicken and pork. Most of the days there is fish too. Also I few salads, soup, watermelon and a few cakes
