Reviews
Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, and we ended up cutting our stay short because we simply couldn’t bear staying any longer. Another family we spoke to did the same.
The cleanliness of the property was unacceptable — everything was dirty and clearly in need of a deep, thorough clean. The bedsheets were particularly unhygienic: itchy, uncomfortable, and not fit for guest use.
The food was generally poor, with the only redeeming item being the bread rolls — though bizarrely, no butter was available. What kind of hotel serving breakfast offers no butter?
Worse, one day we experienced severe stomach issues, with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. Two other families also confirmed similar symptoms. When we reported this, the manager’s response was to accuse us of lying and claim no other guests had complained — despite us having spoken directly to others who had the same issue. This dismissive and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable.
While the swimming pool itself was clean, the surrounding area was dirty. The loungers were filthy, and the patio clearly hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Some of the poolside drainage was broken and posed a safety risk, especially for children.
The hotel smelled stale throughout, as if it hadn’t been aired out in years. The closet was unusable due to the awful odor inside. Despite the room being for two adults, there was only one chair on the balcony. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower caused water to flood the entire floor — yet no towel was provided to dry it.
Communication with staff was incredibly difficult. Apart from the bartender, no one seemed to speak even basic English. Worse, not a single member of staff used basic courtesies like “please” or “thank you.” The front desk was unhelpful throughout our stay. My car was damaged in the hotel’s car park, and staff took no responsibility or action.
The lifeguard on duty was an elderly man who spent most of the day sleeping. While we don’t fault him personally, it’s simply not a safe or responsible arrangement for guest safety.
The hotel didn’t offer bottled drinks — not even for purchase — so we had to go to Lidl just to get something decent to drink.
This stay was a complete disappointment on every level, and we would absolutely not return or recommend it to anyone.

and I found a general chaos caused by a group of 80-100 children, participants in a water polo competition. The children were not to blame for the disturbance created, maybe their coaches are to blame (only teachers/educators cannot be named), but the main blame lies with the hotel management. The hotel management did nothing to ensure minimum conditions for tourists were respected come to rest. The meal program had to be a priority for those who came on a rest stay,
prohibiting the presence of children at the swimming pool, at least between 10.00 and 16.00, compliance with the cleaning schedule, the elevator almost could not be used, etc., etc. The lobby bar was permanently full of children, with glasses of drinks and food, the sofas were permanently wet and dirty, the tables and chairs at the bar were occupied and there was a permanent commotion, the swimming pool with the bar closed, for a beer or a juice you had to you get dressed and come to the main hall, maybe it's made so you don't consume too much, the pool is permanently occupied by children who were jumping in the water, playing with polo balls creating a permanent discomfort, water everywhere, the bathroom permanently wet and busy, the showers anyway, "were very good but completely missing", lifeguard present, but without any authority. Score 10+ for several people The lady at the reception, I may be wrong the exact name Eleonora, the boys from the bar Tihomir and the Boy with the tattoo, The wolf, but one of the girls from the Milena restaurant/lobby bar. As a recommendation to the hotel management to reward them or treat them differently from the others, they really deserve it, and the appreciation comes from several tourists....Cleanliness we can't talk about minimum rules of hygiene at the table, children coming in wet, girls with long, wet hair were constantly crowded in the buffet area...... But let's not talk about the cooks who fed the hot tables, with dirty clothes , they put the food by hand from one tray to another, their hair was permanently untied and only partially covered... Grade 10 and for the young people in blue t-shirts in the restaurant, they were constantly striving. There is more to say...Shame on the management! Leave your job, you have no idea...
My experience wasn't the best, on the restaurant I did't feel comfortable, but the price is very good, pool is nice, drinks are good, I would recommend to work the restaurant and reviews would be a lot better.
The room has two minuses: 1.there are very cheap sintetics towels that after when you dry the skin will remain lots of fabric, you can find another two smaller made from cotton, we used those.
2. The shower has a short courtain that the water goues out. And very small pillows.
The place it's close to the beach about 6 m by foot.
Everything it worth the 3 stars and the price.
