The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

Beautiful location and silent place . The hotel has a nice shore and the view is nice . The rooms and breakfast is 7 over 10 , could be better. I was there for business so I did not have the chance to use thermal facilities but they seemed very good.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We shall definitely return.

Very clean, spacious and bright room, soulful spa. Breakfast is not very good.

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool.

Very nice hotel with perfect position. Two times this year, and we will repeat later in the year for sure. Big park view from the room and 200 m. from the sea for other site. Warm mineral water inside and outside. Quiet place, but near the centre, good for young and old families.

Good hotel to stay The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04.05.24 We also had 2 sunny days. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table. Accommodation in H Palas, on the 1st floor, all large rooms, new furnitshed.

A good hotel which was close to a couple of supermarkets, nearby restaurants and easy walk to bus stops.

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

Great big place! No warm water

perfect location for Dentaprime (10 minute walk) or Beach (3 minute walk), very clean and pretty new (max 3 years old), with a couple of small botiques, snack stores and restaurants Rooms new, clean and well equiped, even with Airconditioning, which isn't even mentioned on their web site. Not been since the recent refurb but stayed/dined and used the facilities here 4 years in a row. Great location in one of the oldest resorts in Bulgaria.

Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold. I gave 4 star for the beach, the outside garden, and the exterior pools! It was a nuce experience after all!

Very old hotel, with old furniture... Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. The buffet was ok. Not too excited about it though. This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool. And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there.

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area.
