Delicious continental breakfasts, very worth the price and convenience! The location could not be improved, you are right in the thick of things. The room had two balconies, and while dated (it's fully carpeted and does smell that way) it was comfortable as a place to rest at night. There was cable television, a fridge, and phone, even a kettle and hairdryer. The shower does take a moment to warm up, but the bathroom facilities are otherwise new and the pressure was excellent. Parking is not included but a public lot where you can pay by cash or card is just a minute down the street.

The service is AWFUL. The supervisor's willing to help with booking is absolutely ZERO. What I've heard was a rude "the door is there" - they just sent me out of the hotel with bad manners. I would say I am happy I haven't stay there, especially after reading reviews from other people here.

Perfect was perfect about everything - location, room, stuff, price! The hotel is in the center of Varna. Atmosphere is OK, comfortable and clean. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Our room has a big terrace with comfortable seats and a table. There is a mini garden too. Happiness!!!

Avoid this hotel ! I booked via booking and there was a major water leak.
No other rooms were available and I had to look for another hotel myself !
I have have not received any refund or apology for over a month now and booking has contacted the hotel various times!
The hygiene is also very questionable.

DO NOT LET THE LOW PRICE FOOL YOU!

Room isn't perfect but exactly what is needed for a quick city break. Our shower didn't seem to drain properly so the floor in the bathroom was wet and a lack of ventilation in the basement rooms doesn't help. Cheap and cheerful.

Great atmosphere. The customer service is very good, the rooms have good view to the city. It is in the very centre of the city, transport is minute f the hotel and the beach alley is 5 min by walk. Have everything in the room, very tidy. Recommend.
