Lousy HK service ! but great friendly and helpfull front staff, perfect location right on the Sea Garden Park and Rapongi Beach just 10 min within walking distance ...Poor amenities, such as rooms need Coffee maker or least a Kettle and couple of tea bags ! Hotel's restaurant Marche offers breakfast only between 9 tp 10.30AM ))) if you are an early Bird go and figure out ! from menu My wife ordered a club sandwich platter but she got only semi toasted tasteless Cheese Panini ))) from the Grumpy faced rude servers ! On THE weekends Hotels Disco terrorized the guests with super Ultra loud DJ music till 0400 AM ! ... If you expect quite and relax country club Park Hotel. You are on the WRONG SPOT !

Totally 😞 disappointed

I was wondering why there were earplugs provided by the venue. Then came the weekend… there is a disco blasting all night long owned by the same people. Do yourselves a favour and stay anywhere else if the club is working.

Our recent stay at Complex Horizont was unfortunately marred by a distressing incident, coupled with unprofessional behavior from both the management and a neighboring guest. While we initially enjoyed our time, the unfortunate occurrence and subsequent lack of concern demonstrated by the hotel staff leave us with no choice but to discourage others from booking at this establishment.

During our stay, we encountered an alarming incident involving a neighboring guest who displayed aggressive behavior. This individual, who was clearly not in his right state of mind, entered our room without consent, completely naked, and proceeded to knock on our door as if it were his own. The intrusion left us feeling violated and unsafe within the confines of the hotel.

Regrettably, the response from the hotel management was shockingly unprofessional. Despite being made aware of the unsettling situation, they failed to address the matter appropriately. We were deeply disappointed by their lack of concern for our well-being and their failure to inquire about the bloodstains present in our room. Instead of offering assistance or support, they had the audacity to approach us later, demanding payment without providing a proper bill or even acknowledging the incident. This kind of unprofessional behavior only added to our dismay and left us questioning the hotel's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.

Given our experience, we strongly advise prospective guests to consider alternative accommodations when planning their stay. Complex Horizont has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, both in handling emergencies and in addressing the concerns of their guests. The incident we encountered should have been treated with utmost seriousness, compassion, and prompt action. Unfortunately, the management's apathy and negligence overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.

It is our sincere hope that Complex Horisont reassesses its protocols and prioritizes guest safety and satisfaction above all else. Until then, we cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a reliable, respectful, and professional hotel experience.
