Argisht Partez Hotel All Inclusive & Beach Bar Rebls in Golden Sands

there are bedbugs in the hotel. two days ago we returned from this hotel completely infested with bedbugs. it is unbelievable in a 4* hotel like this. the problem was all over the hotel because other guests were bitten, not just us. we warned the delegates ,reception and the Blue-style travel agency who continue to send their clients there.It’s terrible. the hotel wants to close and completely exterminate

After paying almost 1500$ for 3 nights, they ask 20$ for parking and this can be only paid with cash. I don't understand why this is not included in the price and why I cannot pay with card. After this they ask 20$ for deposit and again can only be paid in cash! In any other hotel in this world you use a card for deposit.
Food: all food looks good but 80% does not have taste
Drinks: very bad, they are mostly water
Room: big, good looking and clean

The hotel is amazing, the comfort of the rooms, the view, the pools, the food.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the hotel staff. I did not interact with the ladies from the housekeeping department, but the ladies were doing their job as the rooms were very neat and clean! On the other hand, the attitude of the reception ladies and someone from the restaurant is terrible.
You will lose quite a lot of customers over time, unless action is taken by the management to remedy their staff behavior and their air of bored people in front of the customers/guests.

Perhaps you should start with the welcome part of the receptionists, which is sorely lacking. Luckily there are fewer chairs in the reception than receptionists, otherwise I wouldn't have seen any of them standing up at check in time. They don't say “Hello”, they don't welcome you, they totally reject you, saying that you "dared" to come earlier than check in time. By the way, I know it's a very big hotel, but not even an instruction at check in on how we are supposed to get to the room...at least tell me if it's in the same block as the reception, or do I have to go to the children's pools upstairs...one of them is bored all the time, moves hardly or very slowly and is NOT receptive at all. At check-out time she forgot to tell the housekeeping ladies to check our room to return our deposit, so we waited 40 minutes instead of 15(as we were told it would take the check out)…Need I also say that she insisted (A LOOOOOT) a glass is missing when in fact it hasn't been in our use for a second since check in? Why would I steal your glasses!!!?

As for the ladies from the Restaurant, maybe the manager should teach them some manners, they work in the hospitality industry after all... it didn't bother me that “she”pointed out that I entered the restaurant in inappropriate attire(she said), but the way she spoked with me….

I know the name of the receptionist and also of the woman from the restaurant, but I think it would be better for you, as a management department, to do your best to identify them 😇

I'm glad to see that you have a lot of guests, because, as I said, the hotel is very attractive and offers a lot, but unfortunately, if you continue to keep such staff at the front office or at the entrance to the restaurant, this year 2-3 more people will notice, next year 4-5, and so on....

Unbelievable worst experience for s…t lots of money…pay for all inclusive and: Parking: needs to be paid-20 leva / day Beach: very far and, again…needs to be paid another 20 leva and program is until 18:00 Food: same food every single day, beef, pork and turkey…like the chefs don’t know to prepare anything else…evening the same bbq… Staff: OMG…for this kind of architecture of the hotel you aspect a well prepared and respectful staff…we got to reception and normally you should be welcome with a hello/smile or WELCOME TO ARGISHT PARTEZ HOTEL…but NO, they ask straight away for a €20 deposit and a booking reference number… they are looking at you like you done something wrong…. At breakfast, lunch and dinner staff is coming at the table and saying nothing to you, just taking the plates from table without asking if you finished or not…. At the bar the waiter is serving you very bored and is saying to only take two glasses (coming with family and taking for them too) when 10 minutes ago we could take 3-4! One minute he is speaking romanian and when you say something else not very nice he is not “understanding” Wasting money and time, could go somewhere else for less money and better service! Managers/supervisors suppose to keep a look at staff and not having them just for number as the staff will represent the image of the hotel! Big NO NO

I had the most unpleasant holiday ever. From the minute we arrived we’ve been told that we have to pay the car park cash( no possibility to pay with the card). When we went to the hotel reception for the check in they didn’t even said “hello” and asked the booking number. The staff looked overwhelmed and very bored. The ones that were taking the stuff from the tables were not even asking if they can collect whatever was on the table and when we were “tanking” them, they didn’t even answer back. The food was tasteless and the same every day for a week. You pay for all inclusive but when you arrive here you have to pay for everything including the chair and umbrella on the beach which is quiet far and the staff won’t point you in the right direction. All the staff around is very “bossy”. There was not entertainment at all for kids or adults. After the 3rd day we decided to go and eat somewhere else (although we paid for all inclusive) and also we decided to leave a day earlier because we were all fed up. I will definitely not come again here. This place is a waste of money and time. We could’ve gone to another place to enjoy our holiday. The only thing that is good here are the pools, nothing else.
