Well. Welcoming is okay.
When she said my room is downstairs. I started to doubt but did not want to be prejudmental.
As you will see from the picture, ıt felt like bunker turned into room to have more available rooms.
I sat on the bed for 5 minutes to evaluate whether I can stay or not. As you will understand from the first picture, strong smell came to the room and there was strong smoking smell mixed with dirty clothes and trash.
Then I went up and I wanted to check out because it is not even bear minumum level. Lady offered me other rooms if I pay extra 20 leva. Of course I did not stay.
Anyway long story short, it is not even good for just resting. There are many beautiful options with the same money in Varna.
26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.
No present elevator.
