This was my second visit and the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, amenities and view remain 5 stars all the way! The staff are welcoming, polite and helpful. The manager was kind enough to assist with my bags and helping me settle in. The views are spectacular. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Aeon Mall, restaurants and the park. Honestly, for the price, this is the best property in all of Phnom Penh!

stayed at this hotel for 11 days. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist was also very lovely ❤️. The price was affordable and great value for money. I would definitely stay at Botum Palace Hotel again if I have the chance.

My family and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. Close to everything by a tuk tuk ride. Beds were big and comfortable and reception was friendly and hospitable. Will stay here again!

The front staff was friendly. The alley into the hotel stinks. wifi doesn't work. I don't understand why the review score is high. I looked at the reviews and found that there are quite a lot of reviews from the local guide. This was thought to be problematic. I checked out the afternoon I checked in and moved the hotel.

It’s very spacious and clean. Easy walk to great food places. The building is quite old; but it’s charming.

I would have given this property 5 stars, but housekeeping entered my room unexpectedly thereby startling me. I did not have a sign outside of my door asking for cleaning service and therefore my privacy should not have been interrupted. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager, he apologized and said she knocked a few times. However, her service was not requested so why did she decide to enter? Nevertheless, the views and comforts are there despite an endless trail of ants. The front desk staff are welcoming and the neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shopping.
